I have soooooooo much to improve on as far as painting goes. Though it is also strange, as sometimes the things I do and like myself aren't as well received as stuff I don't particularly enjoy. And I will definitely keep trying, maybe someday something good will come out of all that.
To your question, yes it has a meaning. It was done long ago, I think it represented dreams (the colorful bit) as they influence reality through the rotating things... in the context then, the inner part represented the soul, while the outer part was meant to be society.
Sorry if this definition is a bit perplexing, so to say, maybe if I look through the mazes of my PC I will discover the original description...
