Something like that. if you feel you're up to the challenge jack. remember we'll need a good range of emotions and gestures.

mostly i just want to hold everyone to this. I mean let's finally get something done. This should be simple, no reason we can't do it.

I will do my VERY best to keep on this.
As a sign of hope I did this:
Spoiler

I dipped into the MR guide you did, and something about hair brushed back over the top or your head so I just assumed it meant your hair was combed back, and the robotic eyes n' stuff. Of course if any suggestions a redraw is possible.

@LittRL: Can I get a description of you for this?

Probably scratch the extra bits coming out from around the eyes and neck. for the eyes i'd use that one dailyburn commercial you'll have seen if you've used hulu recently. if not, here's the video

I kind of slept for a while. My bad.

@Jack: My description? Just your average Asian guy, really. Short black hair with a spiked up bang, a usual bored look on my face, average build. Not much else there is to it actually.

I'm cool with doing the coding but give me a little slack. I'm still learning the very long ropes. I can do the basic stuff but there's still a bunch of code I need to learn how to use.

UPDATE:
I started working on the game already with what we have. I'm just grabbing resources wherever at the moment for filler. If you guys want I can upload it to the Google Drive folder I linked before to show you what I have so far.

@Coryn: Do you have any script ready? I know it's a little soon but a little script means plenty of coding so the quicker I can start the better. I have a base down with the characters all identified but stuck on everything after. If you have any big plans or special scenes down the road best to tell me now so I can lay down the build-up.

This looks pretty damn cold. I think I can actually do something with this. Yo Litt where do you be finding stuff like this dawg!?

And If you want, you can use me as a student. What you write in the description is completely up to you.

No script yet litt. hell of a day yesterday. so i only really had time to get those character descriptions worked out and a little time to think about plot. hopefully today will be clearer though, so i'll get you something to start on before the day is out.

Though don't worry, i'm going to keep it simple. dialogue leads to branching story lines, nothing crazy.

@Coryn: Branching stories are simple to do but it's just tedious because I have to write the same code over and over again and insert the new scenario dialogue depending on the choices. To be honest I actually enjoy the mindlessness of it but I just want something to do now since I have the base for it all set up and it's just kind of sitting there as I tweak with it a little or learn a couple new tricks.
I'm actually going to upload it to the Drive folder so check it out. The dialogue is just filler because again, boredom, so I'll change it when it's time. No rush, but y'know.

@Lego: Are you up for creating it?

Well I figured it wouldn't hurt to start simple y'know? We can always add more excitement if you feel up for it.

I'm pretty sure I spent several hours on individual pieces of code figuring out how they worked so I'm fine for postponing a more complex game.

YOOOOOOOOOoooooooooooooo~
VNs. Hecky yes. I'd possibly be willing to help with the art, but I suck at some things so it won't be like a full on pro's stuff. Maybe we should message Zoueru about this. Don't know if he'd jump on board or not, but worth a shot I guess.

(Side note: 4chan's Katawa Shoujo was made with Renpy and was pretty sweet.)

Whoa, I had no idea about that! Are you serious?! That was 4chan and renpy? Yikes, it seemed so japanese. I'm impressed.

I was surprised at first too when I learned they used Ren'py. I was pretty surprised at 4chan as well, then I thought about it and then I wasn't. Katawa Shoujo seems exactly like something they would make.
