Thank you! Yeah I think I screwed up the way the cape came up on the shoulders. In the under drawing the neck was working fine but some where I lost is haha.

Yeah coloring is something I really need to step up on. I haven't focused on that too much lately and it is apparent that I need to.

Update! Been trying to work on a new style and try some different roads. I decided to try some different inspirations as suggested.

Here is Toriko, I used a google image on this one from a toriko poster to get the style down.

Here is a scratchy style Zebra. I did this very sporadic and crazy line on purpose.

Here is the new style I am working with. It is not to old school 80's but its not exactly new school either. What do you think of the style? I know the hands are meh cuz I did them quickly I'm more interested in the style not the proportions at this moment.

Not that I think there's anything wrong with looking to older art styles for inspiration, but I thought that series was interesting for how they updated the artwork to suit modern tastes, without completely killing the macho '80s look.

On my list for sure. I have seen the Opening for it and I do like I just need to sit down and watch it. I usually use Hulu but its not on there right now so I'll have to find another way. They did do a good job though it still has the soul of the original.
