MR Pub / Re: Comeback/holidays/departure notice.
« on: November 20, 2014, 06:22:01 AM »
Once again, I am leaving, but at least this time with a notice; except I am no longer coming back.

I don't resent the time I spent here, I learned so much through many experiences, but there's not much left for me to learn other than that I've made a lot of empty declarations. My departure is a resolve, a resolve to fulfill those declarations.

I've spent all morning reading through old personal messages, an archive of over 800, and it's made me want to stay. I miss the friends and experience I've had on this forum, it seemed so magical at first, but like all good things it must come to an end.

I want to talk more with everyone, I hate that I'm leaving without knowing for sure if I'll ever talk to any of you again, but I must trust in my resolve. I'm leaving to make a statement to both the forum and myself, that I will achieve my outrageous dreams, that I'm willing to give everything up for it, that if I can one day do it so can every one of you.

So this is it, I'm leaving the nest I came to know as a home I found daily refuge in, and I set out on a lonely, empty road towards the stars where I go to claim a spot amongst them. My constant absence has shown me that it is the only way to prove myself as responsible to everyone, which is something I've failed to uphold at all so far.

Forget me or remember me, either way I am no longer coming back, but you'll be sure to see a glimmer of me out in the distance.

Good luck forum, and thank you, for helping me grow into who I am now.

-Jono

I've read your posts in the women, men,  sexuality and other bull thread so I can see past the rhymes in these. Dark, personal and honest, my kinda poetry.

I see where you're coming from, stability results in simplicity. We all strive for simplicity in one way or another.

@FreezingCicada: Nah man it ain't like that. We've known each other for almost 4 years, dated a lot but we always realize our lives are going different directions so we chose dreams over commitments. We're really close but can't be friends since we're still inlove. To sum it up, I trust her, and even if she does find love somewhere else I'll be glad, a 'gambler' like me can't offer her much.

@lego: You're right, I should probably stop sayng pen-
Pen-san! I was gonna say Pen-san.

@Gin: Just because of Bubblegum? Then what happened to the girl you sneezed a popsickle on?!

@Vacant: You are correct, I am sounding too bitter for no reason at all. I'm actually in a "more than friends" sort of relationship right now and I'm happy with it.

Who here would still date their crush if she shaved her head?

My penis would be sad, but I would.

Trust me guys, when you're single the only problem you have is being lonely once in a while. But when you're in a relationship.....

Relationships are systems that just complicate everything. Sure they can be fun at first, but so is snow sleading, though once you ride that to the bitter end you gotta haul that thing back to the start.

Or they can be like bubblegum.

Not saying there isn't a girl out there whose flavor never fades for you, but lets be honest, all us writers and artists are all probably introverted in some way, so it weakens the chane of finding that girl.

So if you're fine with the possibility of failure then go all out.
Possibility? It's not even a possibility if it's something certain  :(
What can a nobody foreigner like me achieve? Even if I wrote a masterpiece (which I obviously didn't), I believe I would go nowhere.

Then there you have it.

It's good to dream. Dreams make us more than a nasty infesction the Earth was unlucky enough to get. But a shared dream is at odds, like amano mai said, it would be amazing to find someone who will share your dream. All that aside, it's not like someone said it's impossible. So if you're fine with the possibility of failure then go all out.

Putting a link in my signature sounds good, will do so when everything is up and running.

ah, one of the things I have not properly attended to due to my absence. Please forgive, I will need to wait for my internet to be working again so that I may get my head around this on my laptop, I can't stand this phone I'm using.

If you wish to be or stay as a private reviewer then post below, also state what you're preferences are (written or storyboarded work).
