these drafts are looking good. I think my 1 minor nitpick would be to experiment a little with camera angles, im not sure if you should vary the occasional frames perspective.

So what's exactly tha change in style? No nose and different eyes?

I'm still experimenting, and it might not be obvious from what ive shown, but im doing things differently with the construction.

Collapsing the jaw at a different place, experimenting with the average size of hair strands (in the straight on view they're quite bigger than i usually sketch for stuff i dont show here), making the eyes considerably bigger, changing how i do eyebrows and their relative positions for expression compared to old, etc. It's still early days, but eventually the difference should be noticeable i hope.

Maria the virgin witch takes place in France, so that show i guess? My friend loves baccano, and i dont think it's set in japan either. Has a very western vibe to it. I don't think Maria has japanese characters?

The original FMA was basically alternative reality germany, and in the movie(?) they go to actual Germany during ww2. There's more i can think of, but yee.
