Manga Artists Wanted / Manga Artist wanted for [FREE] Let's make a Manga, together!

I'm looking for an enthusiastic manga artist that will help me attain my dream of making manga, even though I'm American. I have about 15 or so ideas/thoughts written down and I want to make them a reality, to give people the kind of inspiration that many manga and anime have given me. I don't have any money to offer as I'm still young, I hope you'll look past that.

I know this is a selfish request to do this for free, please understand, I would pay if I was able to. Other than that, please help me in making this dream a reality!

I'm looking for either shonen or seinin styles.
