@legomaestro I'm enjoying the fashion so far.

@MahluaandMilk This how it looks. Totally different type of character
Spoiler

@Gabryel Glad to see again! and yeah, hearing that he reminds you of my dad make me like this character more. Did your dad play the guitar?
The character so far is a wandering guitar street person. He is from a project called Zingarth. It's fantasy adventure shonen manga. I'll be posting the concepts here as I make it.

@WalterB Debating whether to keep it or draw normal eyes

She is done, probably will try to draw her again.

@Coryn It's not that extreme. Some people can bend like that I think. Don't have to be realistic, just need to be appealing

About line thickness. In clip studio, you can use vector layer for lineart and adjust the line thickness afterword. I should be using that more often.
For the torso twist and bend think of the bean. You doing good. I'm just throwing stuff.

There are art anatomy lessons vids that go into every layer of muscle. Depends on how far the artist wants to take it Don't need to know every muscle in the body. I think knowing just the muscle groups helps.

I like the lineart with the books. I enjoy coloring. Filling in the linear with base colors Is the less fun part.

That's not a long time. Contact the seller to see if they can do something about it. If you open it by yourself that will bust the warranty.

What type and brand is it? If you just got it, send it back. If you have insurance for it use that before opening it maybe.

They look pretty nice! I feel that you are learning fast. Are you using a wooden figure for some of them?

http://forums.mangaraiders.com/index.php/topic,19327.msg297215.html#new

@suupertramp Thank you! the drawing you made for me gave me the push to work on them.

@legomaestro Line weight and part ambient Occlusion. Thinking about the light source from the start of the drawing.

I'll play with the design and see where it goes. A hippie adventure.

@suupertramp Thank you for the redline. since I read Asimov and other old Sci-fi novels I have been getting robots ideas.

Yea I didn't think about the nails. From what I saw blouses have the opening on the side. So I'm not purposely making it skimpy. I think I wanted to show snake scales there. Form what little backstory she has. She works in a library/witch shop, there is hardly anyone there so she gets casual

@Walter B Yea its a robo-pet

@MahluaandMilk Thank you! I have been drawing robots and mechs lately. robots and Hard surfaces are tricky to draw

Maybe make a one shot. 5 to 50 pages. To go through the process of writing and drawing a manga to see if this something you will want to do.
There are many types of creative work. Why manga artist?
