I am currently working 6 days a week 10 hours a day and I have a day off Sunday. I have time to draw from 3:00am to 6:30 am Mon-Sat and all day Sun. Last but not least: I can take tuesday and wednesday off every week if I want to and If needed to make sure I can draw enough.  :(
So with that being said, let me introduce myself.
I am Kristiyan and I've started developing my manga aristic skills 2 years ago. Currently I don't have time to study the right way of creating a story but I did my fair share of reading and writing so I do understand 1 or 2 things. However I think it would be best if I take a little weight off my shoulders and work together with other people, which I always enjoy(don't know how that Idea never crossed my mind before). I need a writer that shares similar ideas like mine so that we can both enjoy what we are doing. By having similar tastes we will be able to push through tough times and procrastination.  :hmm: ;) :noyoudon't:

Here are my criteria:

::) 8)  - I got into making manga thanks to Naruto. After watching Shaman king, Fairy Tail, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Dragon Ball Series, Bleach, Dr. Stone and many more, I absolutely fell in love with the battle manga idea and the implementation of how you can fight for a goal or a dream and inspire people through their stories.

:clapping:   - Any time I tried thinking of a story idea and just let my brain loose and do his thing, these are the ideas for pottential stories I came up with:
    * Reaper Story - Person Has near-death experience. He meets the Reaper in his coma dream and signs a contract which tells him and the creator of the story ONLY when he will die. Until then whatever happens around him, he won't be able to die. Example: If a car is about to hit him on the road, the car will run into a nail, blow a tire and go to the side.
    * Cthullu Pearl - A person finds a pearl on the beach shore and turns out whenever touched he can read people's minds and/or move objects like telecinesys.
    * Indiana jones story - a scientist finds out that the Earth might actually be flat and what we have Exprlored of the Earth is only 10% of the so-called Experimental part f it. The rest is behind the Frozen walls of the poles. He takes on a journey to uncover the mystery.

From what I see, my brain likes to think of suspense, mystery, adventure stories with a supernatural hint in it. Think Death Note, Jojo Series, Monster, The Promised Neverland, Code Geass etc.  :read:

So there are two options here:  :o :noidea:
  - Shounen battle concept manga.
  -  Suspense, mystery, supernatural manga.

I am not a writer and probably never will be so I would like to focus on my strengths which is art. I am consistently iproving and finding new ways to make my perspective, anatomy and manga style better and more professional.
Anyone who is interested please let me know  ;)

Manga Creations / Bulgarian Elements in my Manga: Studying
« on: August 08, 2019, 12:13:05 AM »
Hello once again!

I'm currently reading bulgarian folklore myth and legend stories or just some fairy tales that my country has developed and created over the years. I was thinking that this would help me understand more about how a story is made and maybe I could take an existing Idea and turn it into manga by bending the story so that if the original idea is in the medieval age my story could be switched in today's modern world OR if there is a mythical creature or a talking animal, I could make it a human with,  perhaps, some of those creatures' elements or some similar behaviour. Stuff like that.
Is that a good method of understanding storry telling? Will that Help me create my own manga story? I already got inspired by reading some of them.

« on: August 04, 2019, 12:04:37 PM »
I'd like to share a story Preview. Let me know what you think  ::) and what you would change, add, remove etc. This is a serious project I have taken upon and wish to do it as good as possible.

Summary:
600 years ago, due to many conflicts and a devistating war, 5 mighty monks confined the 4 Elemental Empires, Ignia, Aeronia, Terrenia and Aquarnia(representing the four elements), by raising magical walls between them. In the present at the water empire Aquarnia, a young boy named Avito has taken on a journey to become the strongest monk and destroy the magical walls so that he could reunite the world of Primodia as a whole again and find a solution to bring her everlasting peace.

Manga Writer workshop / Story Brainstorming
« on: August 03, 2019, 01:07:15 AM »
I'll try and keep it brief. I am brainstorming story ideas and want to share them with everyone, see what you guys and gals think. Which are good, which are not, why, can you combine this idea with that etc. The more brains i am thinking, the better chance for me to come up with something amazing!

Here are my genre preferences:

Mystery, Reality, Adventure, Suspence, Supernatural or SN if you preffer)

Motivational Shows:

Death Note, Code Geass, Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, Monster, (Brase yourselves!) H2O: Just add water...yeah, that!, Limitless.
So far those are all I could think of.

Without further a due, here we go:

1.Reaper (Pitch:None that comes to mind)  - A person has near death experience, in his coma dream he meets the reaper who offers him a contract. The reaper will tell the person exactly which day and time he will die and until then no matter what he will not die and all close-to-death situations will seem luckily and naturally avoided. In exchange, when the person dies, the reaper takes/devours his soul. No one except Me, the writer, and the main character will know that date, until it actually happens.

2.Serial Killer (Pitch: Death Note meets Jojo's B.A.-Diamond is Unbreakable)  - A man works in a bank with a fantastic work ethic, very tidy and pedantic, charming and charismatic. However, he has an unusual hobby: killing. No one knows about it and whenever he kills he absolutely makes sure no one ever finds out anything at the crime scene. He would even clean the floor, the body, put in in a certain tidy posture etc. One detective, quite te opposite of him (untidy, rough tongue, intense life, tired eyes, talks lazily) wants to use his steampunk gadgets and find the killer. Its like Light vs L situation.

3.Telekinesis - (Pitch:Death note meets H2O)At a beach/sea/ocean related setting. Person finds s strange looking shiny pearl as he has an evening walk on the beach. There is a strange octopus shaped head drawn on it and it looks like made of silver. He makes it into an earing and puts it on. whenever he touches it, he can move inanimate objects with his mind. This will take some practice chapters to get used to. It turns out this pearl is Cthulu's.

4.Flat Earth Archeologist Professor(Indiana Jones meets The Two Earths from Bakuman Episode 6 at 10.55 minutes) - After accidentally stubling on top secret government(let's say) files, Archeologist(Name) finds out the Earth is Flat and what everyone knows as Earth is only 10% of it. The other 90% is behind the polar Ice walls surrounding the now known as the "Experimental 10% of Earth". He takes on a Journey to uncover the secret of everything. On his adventures he stumbles upon the most unusual things.

That's all so far. I will keep updating this post since My ideas are ongoing and I want to share them with you all!
 :read:

Welcome Center / Mangaka in the works here! Nice to meet you all!!!
« on: July 23, 2019, 01:37:56 AM »
Hello Everybody!

I really don't know where to start with this so here goes:

My name is Kristiyan, I am 28 years old and originally am from Bulgaria.
Currently living and working in the UK, I have decided 2 tears ago that I will take on the road to become a mangaka. The journey so far has been exciting and with alot of ups and downs but at the end I learned from my mistakes and I've gained knowledge and skills. From what I understood, there is really no manga community that I am involved in so when the motivation leaves me it gets really hard to learn and overall get back to the grinding stone. I heard a phrase once that was something along the lines of: "Nothing Great is achieved by a single person." I am a very talkative and cheerful person and being around more people just boosts that quality in me. I only recently understood the importance of knowing more people that share similar mindset or goals with what I have in order to not just keep me going and inspire me but also for me to give inspiration to others.
I've got a few manga styled works as well as 3 One-Shots that are not professional work of course (Art Wise at least). I started manga based on the art but i tried doing several things at once in the begining (concept story creation, panel structuring, page cound, world building atc.) and kind of lost track of what was most important for me to learn first (Accurate Art/developing my art style).

Anyone who shares similar feelings like me probably understands what I mean.

I am really looking forward to meeting you all and share thoughts, experience and do activities perhaps like collaborations!
