MR Pub / Healthy habits thread

In this thread I thought we could share some things we're trying to build into good habits to improve life. I don't know about you, but it's hard for me to let go of bad habits and build good ones, and focusing on a long-term goal can be difficult for me (it's why I currently work a dead-end job with no real plan)
We could talk about them in this thread, report back on how we're doing, and hopefully inspire ourselves and others. Talking about what you're planning to achieve also can make you feel accountable, making you more likely to keep at it.
For example, I want to sleep like a normal human being, draw everyday, and get back to exercising. What about you?
To start, I drew a sketch yesterday, but not going to be home for today, so I need to postpone drawing - I want to make up for it by drawing a bit more tomorrow.
As a wildcard, I took up taking cold showers - just had my third one in fact. No slowly turning it colder, just straight up as-cold-as-it-gets setting and get under it. I still sound like a tortured kitten at first, but it makes me feel good and energetic afterwards, so I almost (not quite) look forward to them. I recommend it if you want a bit of energy kick in your day without any preparation.
