very nice line work. neat n clear. would love it even more if it looks more 3D, try shading on the clothing and add some foldings on em. it will make dramatic difference. at first, u don have to add a lot, just try a few to c if it feel right for u. nice work!

Thank you! I added more shading and foldings on a recent drawing and you were right, it looks way more interesting now.

Interesting character design. He almost looks ashamed of something.
The picture in whole is easy to look at as well.

His upper body is okay, but when it comes to the legs, the thighs come out too short.

Oh, thank you, that's the look I was going for  :D

And I knew something looked off at first, but I couldn't figure it out until you pointed it out. Thanks again. :3

Hello, hello. This is going to be my first post outside of my welcoming post. I hope that I'm posting in the right place for some feedback. Well, here's my most recent drawing that I did last week as an example:

I titled it "Blazing Out of Glory". The character that is being portrayed is a character from my manga-in-the-works who has powers of fire and ice.

What do you think? I did this one without any real references. Personally, I don't feel like it's my best work. I've been having trouble creating anything that is particularly interesting, in my opinion. I suppose that something more "action-packed" would be more interesting to me. Rather than people standing around.

Anyways, thanks for viewing and your feedback.

Hello there.
My name is Randle Aaron. Yepp, that's my full first name. I'm an 18-year old guy from SoCal, USA who is college-bound and headed on the path to work in the mental health field of medicine.

As a young child, I immediately had an interest in anime upon my first time viewing one, with that first anime being the first season of Pokemon. I remember loving Pokemon, Digimon, Dragonball, and your regular slew of beginner anime, so to speak. I delved much more deeply into anime when I made a few friends who would show me anime and manga. During my first year of high school, I saw a friend drawing in manga style in our Spanish class.
"Hey, that's awesome! Do you think you could teach me?"
Ever since then, I have been drawing. It's been around 4.5 years since then and I've advanced considerably from my starting point.

I'm interested in creating my own manga online one day! The title is "Three Days of Peace". I already have a general plot, characters, locations, and other details logged in my head and journals. It's all still in the works because I know that my story is not entirely cohesive yet, and my skills as an artist are not at the point that I want to be at. Because of this, I searched for a forum that could help me improve my talents and give me the critiques and information that I've been lacking to improve even further. That's when I stumbled upon this gem of a website.

I suppose that I would categorize myself as both a manga artist and writer then.

Now for my favorite manga and anime:
-D. Gray-man
-Sword Art Online
-Angel Beats
-Gurren Lagann
-Kill La Kill
-Future Diaries
-Fairy Tail
-Yamada and the Seven Witches
-One Piece
-...and so many more. This list could go on for a while.

Aside from manga and anime, I love video games, of course. The Legend of Zelda series being my all-time favorite, with the Metal Gear Solid series right behind it. I also do some singing, although I consider myself an amateur singer.

So, yeah, that's a short overview of myself.  I look forward to engaging myself with all of you and learning plenty.

Thank you for reading and your warm welcomes!
