Nice job with the chibi artwork! It's an area outside of my expertise so I can't say much other than keep up the great work.

It really does pay off to focus on particular body parts at a time, I believe if you take a week to study hands you'll figure it out in no time. Just look at Lego's thread, he really made a lot of noticeable progress grinding hands.

Thank you! I don't normally time myself so this is just a guess, but I think I took just over an hour to do this sketch.

I'll put in a request as well! And to make it more fair, we can make this an art trade if you'd like, so you can leave me a request too!

I request my OC Presia singing and playing on a guitar!

This one is an older drawing I've yet to finish, so I'll leave this next one open to you! A redraw of both of these characters however you see fit! The girl on the left is a ghost girl possessing some armor, and the one on the right is the same girl possessing a BIGGER suit of armor.

-uploaded the wrong version of the 2nd picture! fixed now

Not much to say other than keep up the good work! Have you considered doing some fanart by the way? I'm following your DA and I feel like you deserve a lot more attention than you're getting, some fanart might help build an audience if that's what you're aiming for. Just some food for thought!

Amazing work with the background Echo, definitely something for me to aspire to! Keep it up!

Thanks Lego, progress is slow since it's just the two of us but we're chipping away at it bit by bit, I appreciate the encouragement, it means a lot!

Thanks Walt! Yeah I've been wanting to do more detailed backgrounds but the tedium really gets to me sometimes haha.

Sorry about the lack of updates, been super busy lately but now I have some more time to draw regularly again!

Only a few things to post, I barely managed to squeeze in some time to do some quick work, here it is!

A concept sketch I'm contributing to a friend's mobile tactics game, atypical female knight type character

This next one is a WIP for a thing I was making for a friend's birthday, it isn't finished yet but I'll definitely be finishing it soon once I take care of other commissions! The background is still a placeholder at the moment.

Thanks both of you!

Oh man, speaking of details. I keep THINKING I have the willpower those crazy good environment artists have when it comes to rendering fully detailed cityscapes but it just takes so long that I'm worried I'll lose interest in what I'm working on and never finish it. I've been trying to lab out a decent mid point for this, somewhere where I can still get those details without working as hard and so far, no dice.

My latest work that I posted on DeviantArt as a part of an ongoing art challenge between myself and a few friends, the theme was draw something about summer. So I drew my OC from my game project, Lydie enjoying some bubble tea! This is a good example of where I TRIED to do a cityscape but the tedium just broke me so I blurred everything and called it a day haha.

Cool! So the story is going to have both robots and magic? Have you thought of a setting yet?

The slowly uploading old work trick is definitely a good idea, it can keep your channel consistently updated with "new" content.

I still highly recommend doing some fanart for established franchises if you can stomach it, my most viewed and favorited works on DeviantArt are the Persona and Fate series fan art I've done. This brings a lot of attention to your page and your work, but not necessarily customers. Regardless, people end up seeing my original work and I've picked up at least 1 commission from someone that found my page through fanart.

I've been working away at a few commissions but I got caught up with EVO 2018 over the weekend, but now that that's over I'm back in it and I can definitely say that most of my commissions have come from people I know or have become acquainted with through others. I've only ever gotten 2 commissions from random people that  don't know (and 1 of them didn't pay me, this is another lesson, always take payment first haha). So try and reach out to any friends you might have that may be in need of art. Ideally, if you can find repeat or return customers, that's probably the best situation!

One of my friends is a professional artist and something I've seen her do as well is $5 sketch streams. She starts an art stream entitled $5 sketches, where people pay $5 for a quick sketch from her. I've seen her earn upwards to $80 in 4 hours doing this, though she already has a fanbase to draw from so I'm not sure if you can do this if you don't already have a following. Still it might be worth trying, $5 sketches are low risk for both you and for the customer so at the very least it's easy to do.

Good luck with your commissions!

A big part as well is to enjoy what you do. Practice is great and all but burn out is a real thing and everyone goes through it to some degree for a variety of reasons. I think trying to balance productive technical work with just drawing for the sake of drawing is something that can help a lot in that regard!

That being said, it's a good start Eukocar, I definitely see improvement over your work from a few months back. Keep up the good pace!

Yeah, getting into the right mindset when sketching is like half the battle for me. Generally, I feel way more productive when I've taken the time to be psyched up about sketching!

Keep it up Suuper, it'll be really interesting a few years down the line to look back on all this and watch how your hard work has paid off!

Thanks guys! We're starting with a prototype that'll hopefully be out sometime in winter, slowly chipping away at it at the moment since it's just the two of us working on it but I really do appreciate the positive response! I'll be uploading the artwork for the prototype and the story soon so look forward to that!

If the master was unskilled and there was no way of obtaining mana, you'd probably want the equivalent of an electric car or hybrid in terms of servants  ;D.

It should be pretty obvious that I'd pick Mordred but like Saber she's a real gas guzzler. And like you pointed out in the hands of an inexperienced master she'd burn out fast.

I guess I'd have to go with Rin's Archer as well, didn't he survive like an entire week without a master? Fate/Stay Rider wouldn't be a bad pick either because I think I vaguely remember her being able to do something that drains mana.

Yessss! I love Morrigan, easily one of my favorite character designs of all time. Dark Stalkers was fantastic, keep up the good work!
