Title: So I've got a problem...
Post by: Tora_KeybladeMaster on November 30, 2018, 01:12:57 AM
I'm not sure if I can share this here, but Google ain't helpful in this area... But I had eleven copies of my comic Astron's Crusaders sent to me so I could sell them. Thing is outside of convention artist allies, I don't know where else I can sell them. Any suggestions?

Self publishing on Amazon or the like is always an option. It could be a draw to have some physical copies to sell and not just digital versions.

If you have a local comic shop, you might also be able to to talk them into letting you sell copies there. It'll depend on the place of course, but if you could set up a sort of 'meet the artist' event, it could definitely be an option.

As for physical copies i agree with coryn ( well on all) anyway if you just want some exposure i would look at things like zingbox ( no you dont get paid as far as i know but people can see your work. There are a few apps like that that let you publish your works but as far as being paid i dont know about that yet.

Funny thing is i was wondering myself about self publishing since where im at there aren't to many conventions so if you find one that pays please let me know and best of luck to you.

11 copies?
In elementary school we went door to door for that kind of thing.
