Title: Dream Thread
Post by: Manimal Claus on March 16, 2017, 08:19:04 AM
Post about exciting, or boring, dreams you have.

My dreams are super tame. They are always about people or places I know, stuff I like and sometimes the last thing I saw, heard before bed.

Like last night, I listened to In Utero so I had this mutli part dream where all I remember is walking in a field of super tall roses. They all died and Cobain walked out of the fog in his Heart Shaped Box Jacket. Then I suddenly become Krist and cameras/extras appeared as we performed Teen Spirit. I don't know the chords to the post-chorus bit, so even in my dream I was like...aaaaah. We were in the field running around while Dave was on the stage which was lit super orange. After the song I stated In Bloom since it's next on the album but Dave didn't do the drum fill and it made me sad. Kind of disappointed that I got to jam with Nirvana in my dream but we played Teen Spirit and not like Sliver or Breed.

I can't remember any other exciting ones I wish to share, well except the one I mentioned on the show where Elvis Costello was a security guard who told me I couldn't use the washroom all day because I was talking too loud. Then later a bunch of people where in the back and Perfume's "Love The World" came on the radio. I totally flipped out like GUYS THIS IS....THIS IS!

What about you guys? Exciting, or not dreams.

Am I the only one who has fake memories in their dreams?  I'll be with my ex or family members and I'll have a backstory. Then when I wake up I need to remind myself that those things never happened. This keeps happening to me.

Most of my dreams are boring. I hope that someday I'll have that eureka dream that changes everything. It's been like 6 years that I have had a nightmare. At least one that I remember.

I get dreams a lot like that too. Sometimes, though, I end up with a really weird dream that doesn't make sense in context. One time, I had a dream where I let myself get eaten alive for some ice cream. Twice.

the dreams that really piss me off is the ones i have where i find that someone dumped a lot of manga at a flea market where they charge 50 cents a book and well i come home with rare ones, old ones japanese ones, out of print ones and then i wake up and go "i hate my life" cause my town knows the value of manga and will charge more than their original retail price for them,

its continuing what i was saying but its pretty off topic
Spoiler
once argued with the guy at the flea market cause he was charging $100 for a viz big copy of Dragon Ball Z when you walk into coles (our brand of bookstore, not that weird super store you guys have there in the states) and buy the exact same book brand new for $25

I get a lot of dreams where it matches real life, but I suddenly wake up in the middle of things. One time I got up and ate breakfast 5 times in a massive dream-ception. The weird part is that as it kept happening, the gaps between me "waking up" again got shorter.

I'm glad I don't normally remember my dreams because I tend to die in them... (Or have other fears of mine torment me.) When I do have "pleasant" dreams I am usually a different person in a different world. One of my stories', Lunar Legend's, first chapter was based on a dream of mine. (I/Luna got my arm blown off in an explosion there though...)

I swear there used to be like two other threads for this...

Ah well. Last night I had a dream in which I was Franziska and I had these two giant mutated albino rats that I sicked on a police officer one time and killed him. Later, I had been speaking with this guy who was in a redemption program for criminals to enter a law career, and I cringed away from him in my own guilt. That was the most interesting of my dreams last night, although there was one that involved skating and something of an arcade.

Yeah, there were other threads. The two previous ones got merged together if I remember correctly.

Maybe they'll merge this one with them, then. Who knows?

Besides, dream journaling is good for you, according to many quack Jungian sources. Psychology aside, it can be a pretty neat writing exercise.

Update b/c this dream is MR related. Mostly it involved a lot of walking and seeing a lot of pretty places, but it also involved, towards the ends, me performing in an outfit you'd see in like, Witchblade, for a fight scene playing the role of Lewd-tan. At the end of the performance, music played and I absolutely slayed that walk to backstage like a catwalk and heard cheers and had people throwing all sorts of tip money at me. Every step was flawless, and my turn of the head to work the crowd heightened the ambience. It felt like I was in the presence of the divine.

Man, I wonder if I'll ever have a performance like that.

I'm very happy I rarely remember my dreams, because for some reason they tend to be disturbingly weird. About a decade ago I once had this dream.. well it was closer to a nightmare really because it was terrifying i tell you. In this dream I was being chased halfway across my hometown, by a giant pick bunny slipper... and before you start thinking "That's not that weird or nightmare'ish", allow me to explain.

I'm not talking cute pink fluffy bunny slippers. They were pink sure, but that thing had razor sharp teeth like a friggin' shark, and litterally looked like something that came out of H.P. Lovecraft's worst nightmare. It had a face that was so creepy even gremlins would run from it, and kept drooling and foaming from it's mouth. The entire time it chased me, it just kept talking to me with such a demonic voice you'd think satan was speaking to you directly, "Come here so I can rip the flesh off your bones! I will munch upon your corpse!". My shrink says that's just the creative part of my brain, and that it doesn't mean that there's something disturbingly wrong with me. XD Idk about that!

Oh my God my dream just now was amazing.

First I was walking somewhere listening to some made-up Beach Boys album, there was one song with like 3 tempo changes and in my head I was thinking of a review I saw (again not a real thing). It gets fuzzy here but then I was at a mall which was also a school and Kate Bush was my teacher.

The mall was full of small stores, one barricaded with anime figures. Kate then asked me and St. Vincent to hang out with some generic geek so we walked to a comic store. But not one I've ever been in, it was large and busy. This kid was boring and only cared for Marvel stuff.

He picked up a downscaled Hulk hand and me and Annie just left him. We walked back, listening to my phone as the rain poured down. The whole dream was tense like someone was watching me. The piano music got too crazy for us so I changed it to a playlist called "Beats 67-70" but it had a picture of Help on the cover (from 65).

A fake song called "Iced Nuts" played with the Beatles For Sale cover and I skipped it to another fake song called "Can We Go To The Beach". As me and Annie walked a woman in a black jacket was in front of ua. We went down an alley and I was holding my keys. Suddenly I saw my sweater dirty on the ground...but I was wearing it. It was the same one however.

I picked it up and pulled out a duplicate pair of keys. I suddenly couldn't speak, I was trying to yell how we crossed dimensions, then I woke up.

What an amazing plot twist.

Last night, I dreamed that I was exploring another world, working with a small army of explorers. They had me working in the engine room of some kind of mobile fortress as they trekked across the jungles of this foreign place. Eventually, the army got split up, and my group was attacked by these things called Vamps. They were like little raptor creatures with dirty feathers and large glowing eyes, but they had these enormous fangs in their mouths that I guess got them their name. After escaping the Vamps, we found some kind of civilization native to the world and we asked about how to find the rest of the group. However, some bigger monster came crashing through. It was like a Carnotaurus, but bigger. Eventually, I think we escaped, but that was when I woke up.

"neeeeeeeeeeeeeeerd!"

Pretty much, I'm not surprised how I am with these small details in my dreams, I was like...hhhm this is off why would Help songs be on my Beatles 67-70 playlist? and I made up this whole sequel to Pet Sounds which was not Smile, I swear this whole album was playing in my dream, I really don't remember what it sounded like, it was kind of like their old stuff with a lot of change ups. I was literally counting beats like...oh this ain't 4/4.

I was roasting that geek kid to, he mentioned a rival comic store in that store and everyone looked at him weird. We where like, oh this kid is such a casual. My dreams are just as...cool as me. A month ago I dreamt I was riding in a jeep with Joni Mitchell down a bumpy dirt road on the way to the Superstore. I guess that's cooler though.

I like to see other peoples dreams in comparison! I can't say I've ever dreamt of anything as wild as evil bunny slippers and what not.

For something a bit more lighthearted, I sometimes dream of being a good friend or a lover of some really random people in my life.

For example, I once dreamt of an old classmate of mine. It was very confusing to me, because we were deeply in love and in a relationship, but in real life I never really liked her at all - in fact, I thought she was quite insufferable. In the dream, it somehow all made sense. All the sides of her that I remember not liking, I loved. Yes, it was a she, and I don't really work that way, but in the dream I did.

When I woke up, I still felt warm feelings for her as if they had been real. They subsided after a while, but it somehow was eye-opening for me. It made me look at things from a new angle - perhaps some of the people we don't like we just don't quite understand, and that disables them from winning us over. I don't know.

Has anyone else ever experienced that? Dreams of loving someone, and just as you wake up, you still feel something for them for a while?

To add to the tally of artists I've dreamed about...

Rei and Rie from The Idol Formerly Known as Ladybaby. I dreamed they had this apatment I kept going to where they did weird performance art, like leaving cake out on the counter and slowly cutting it, foil wrap counters. I don't remember all the details, but there where some defecation related bits that made it into a nightmare later on.

The other night it was Seiko Oomori chilling out in my basement. But she kept ignoring me, even when I grabbed a guitar and tried to sing "Nama Kill The Time 4 You" to her, which would be cringe in real life but in my dream I nailed it. I ended up jamming with her backing band at 6:30 AM. But she kept turning away from me everytime I tried talking to her.

A year ago I dreamed a similar thing where Utada Hikaru did an outdoor show and used my basement as her dressing room. I tried to get her to sign Distance but she ignored me. This is the same dream where Black Sabbath's first album was playing from the washroom cabinet which led to a staircase and a hidden room.

Freaking sleep paralysis, man! I just had to got through it and man did it suck! I was dreaming of hovering over a lake covered by moss, and I noticed leopard seals in the water. I began to get closer to the water, and I desperately try to stay away from the jaws of the seals. Suddenly, some dude in a letterman jacket walks up to me with two other guys and tells me that I'm currently in a dream, and to prove it, he backflipped and transformed into something, but I suddenly jump awake. I'm lying in my bed, thinking about how weird it was, when I hear the voice of the guy telling me I'm still dreaming. I can't move, and my tongue felt swollen. I didn't see the guy, but he talked for a while before I was able to move around again. It was so weird. And why was it leopard seals?

@Misyne: I know what you mean. I've had something similar happen before. In fact, I had the dream about liking this woman once, and a few months later I was dating her. It more or less awakened my feelings. However...she is no longer among the living. It does seem to be a trend with me, that I'll dream about being with someone before actually being with them. But, I've also had dreams involving fictional characters, from the Hex Girls to Bayonetta. Good times, those. My subconscious is one of the few that you can actually apply some Freudian ideas to and it works...oddly enough. There's a reason my friends reference my hormones in particular with a capital W.

@Toxic: Damn, I know that feeling. I've missed classes for it and tried desperately to explain it to professors. The first time it happened it really freaked me out, but I was in high school. These days I know it'll wear off, but it's a bizarre in-between state to be. Once I figure out what's going on I usually use that time to meditate deeply on something...although I can't say that it will work for you. I'm also inclined to think a lot of things about what your dream-brain was trying to tell you, but again, I'll refrain from making assumptions.

The worst part about that is when you are awake... they call it "Sleep Paralysis," I say is bs, cuz I am awake 100% of the time that happens to me... I always get to see the "entity's" face and is nothing I could actually express with words, is like that thing on "Insidious," or sometimes it wears a plain mask, but the eyes... damn. I always fight through it, able to move and throw a punch in the air... and I sense the thing moving crawling on the bed and pulling my sheets... so.... paralysis not in a million years, f that stuff, that is some nasty paranormal business.

Title: Re: Dream Thread

@Mahlua: Yeah, I've had these with fictional characters as well. It's never come true with someone I really know (nor fictional ones sadly yet obviously), but... Well, usually I don't really regret if when it turns out that way. They're rarely people that I think I would end up liking in the long run. But it's always interesting to sort of get a second opinion through dreams... To feel what it's like, in a way. I would like to know what my subconscious is trying to tell me. Maybe it's trying to push me to just date anyone at this point.

Same times a million. Kind of like how in the dream with the Hex Girls I was actually working with them as their lyricist and such and I even said in the dream that it "felt like a dream come true." Haha, don't I wish I worked for a nerdy f——ing witch band.

As for me and dating, my current relationship is open and long-distance. I was self conscious about a lot of things until my shaman friend snapped me to my senses a few days ago saying "[MAHLUA], YOU SERVE A LOVE DEITY. OF COURSE YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE A RIDICULOUS LIBIDO." My dreams often reflect this.

I suppose here would be an interesting place to list common themes in my dreams. Often I dream of large, like, impossibly massive spaces of freshwater littered with small stretches of land that house huge trees. Even when there aren't massive snaking paths of water, huge trees and thick woods with leaves so beautiful you wouldn't believe overpower everything. Other common places I see are graveyards, but it's also worth noting that many of my dreams settings involve nighttime or incredible darkness. When I lucid dream, I tend to have the ability of something similar to flight. It's more like a superjump mixed with Knuckles' weird "flying" in Sonic games. Once in a meditative session, a certain goddess I work closely with (the same love-based one mentioned above) met me in my dreamscape and complimented it. She pointed out that it was clean, and free from human pollution, which I hadn't thought of before.

Damn, I took a nap two days ago, it was a bad choice.

I had a nightmare about me being laying down on the mattress I have in my living room, surrounded by  some kind of dark entities, like demons. Some were wearing masks, some other had horns, but one thing they got in common were those yellow/red eyes staring at me. I was on the middle being ripped apart by one them, but the weird thing was that... I was laughing the entire time. I was laughing but nervous at the same time. I woke up all out of place, nervous and anxious,  so i went to HEB to get some water, for some reason I was freaking thirsty. Talk about bad dreams... tssk

I think dreams are just a cool weird human phenomenon! Like, brain, what the actual *censored* are you doing while i'm asleep?!

Sleep paralysis too; I've had it a couple times, linked to exhaustion i think, but I've never been scared luckily. The first time it happened, i remember thinking "well, thats it, i've had a stroke, i guess this is my life now"...i'm not sure i'd be that chill if i actually had a legit stroke...

On the mundane end of the spectrum, have you guys ever dreamed about being at work, only to wake up and realize you need to 'do it all again' and actually go to work?

I honestly hate dreams like that more than I do actual nightmares, because nightmares I always exploit for ideas to write down. I can't use a boring day at work that didn't even actually happen for anything!

I had a dream where I got out of bed to get breakfast, only to wake up again. This happened five times in a row. And each time, there was less time between the waking up. I remember getting more and more annoyed each time I wokr up, and I had a hard time believing that I actually awake after it was all over.

Lol funny that you mentioned it.. I actually had a dream once from when I was 15 and had my first job at delivering... well not just newspaper (in my country we have these magazines from various convenient stores, super markets, and such with stuff that on sale and such). I have those kind of dreams all the time, actually. I'll dream that I'm in class or that I'm doing normal human things. I had a dream last night that I was at work and had forgotten to get a table their food and they had walked out without paying, left me a note saying that they overheard me making comments about other costumers and saying something like sweeping was my sacred duty. I also had a bunch of priced tickets that I didn't know the tables to take them to, and some of them weren't fully priced and I couldn't find a menu to price them.

The irony of that is that I found out last night that I was laid off because they don't need as many people working over the summer.

Sometimes it hits the mark, yeah, but usually it's just really random for me. They say having all your teeth just spontaneously fall off in a dream means someone you know is going to die. Well, I don't know about that, but it's weird that I keep dreaming about my teeth falling off all the time. I basically know what it feels like to have my mouth full of fallen off teeth from having those dreams somehow.

I also keep dreaming about not being able to walk or run properly. It feels exactly like trying to run underwater. It's so common in my dreams that I wasn't sure if I was actually able to run properly at one point.

@Misyne your dreams sound more like manifestations of feelings of hopelessness and self-consciousness than omens. Especially not being able to run, which would suggest feeling unsupported in your current goals.

Misyne  - I've had both these types of dreams in the past; The teeth falling out is one dream i had repeatedly throughout my school and uni life, during exam time...interpret that as you will; and people i knew didn't start dying, which was good news.

The running one - that's exactly what it feels like; I've read a bit about things like that, and i think the general consensus is that it's a result of not being fully unconscious when your asleep - a bit like sleep paralysis, where there is a mismatch between body and sleep cues.

But also, does anyone else find it incredible that we can have essentially the same dream-theme?? Makes me think how many people, over the course of time, have had this exact dream!? *mind implode slightly*

Yeah, I guess that sounds about right. What's interesting is how this stuff seems to be universal - like it's the language of the brain for so many people. If I was a brain and had to tell my host they're essentially not doing well in some category of their life, it would seem weird to have them run as if underwater or have their teeth fall out and whatnot.  ;D

That might be it... I think I dream about things like that when I've woken up once and then continue sleeping. Guess I'm sort of trying to walk in the dream, but I'm awake enough to tell my legs aren't really moving all that much? Hard to say.  :-\

Yeah, the universal nature of these elements in our dreams is very intriguing!

hey said the smallest part of matter was an atom, they were wrong... is quartz and they have a "life" of their own. The brain is a complex organ, that no one actually know how it works. So... maybe we need a stop into reason, and put a bit of more effort in the esoteric ways.

I had two weird dreams this morning...

My first was about being chased by a polar bear and the cast of Breaking Bad were trying to save me.

My other was about my housemates ganging up on me and bullying me.

Oddly enough, the second one felt much worse than the first...  :hmm:

I also had something of a nightmare. There were two blackbirds (I'm not sure if crows or ravens). They were looking at me, so I glared back at them like I do animals that try to rush me. I started walking down, and one of them started coming after me, and it seemed to be mutating as it did so. I grabbed it by the neck, and everything just felt wrong, yet I couldn't stop myself from hitting it sort of softly against a tree. It looked dead, and I tried to stroke it, knowing I'd betrayed something important, and it shivered, looked to me, and then scurried off. Everything about it just felt incredibly bad.

It's worth noting, however, that today has been a day of bad omens as per the old Roman calendar.

i had a dream... nightmare where our apartment collapsed in on itself, like shelves and cabinats were falling to the floor and it was only moment til the inspection....

a while ago i also had a nightmare where that property manager went after my dad's house... the one he owns and will eventually be mine, oddly i kept hearing myself scream at her face "white people should not be allowed to own native land" and "get out of my *censored*ing house", "i'll *censored*ing break your face against the basement wall"... more lines that involved beating her senseless... i think after this chapter of my life comes to a close... i need to see a therapist

Christ, is everyone having nightmares? Maybe there's more to that "day of bad omens" than I thought.
Maybe MR should invest in its own shrink for everyone.

Don't remember a lot of my dreams lately. I've been staying up way too late and, as a result, I don't really have much time to dream. When I do, it's all mildly anxious stuff like not being able to speak, failing classes, finding out there are parts to songs I have to play for an upcoming performance that I've not learned, passing red lights, driving against traffic. I don't wake up in the middle of the night or anything or at the apex of fear. I just wake up when I do and it feels no different. Kind of consistent with the light, but constant level of stress of being a working adult and wondering if this music thing is ever gonna take off.

I had a dream I was in college with my high school pals and the teacher was talking about albums or something. Like I think history, or we were being shown them, I don't remember that part.

So the teacher passes around a paper and asks everyone in a few words to describe what is good about the Ramones Rocket to Russia. There are like little square blanks and people are writing things like "they brought back rock", "it rocks" whatever.

So I get the paper, flip it around and begin to write a long essay on the album and the Ramones style. I'm all like, Rocket to Russia is a non stop 30 minute rock fest that perfectly etc. etc. just a non stop thing. I actually feel my wrist cramping to and soon enough half of the paper is full, but I just like that in my dreams I am still...classic me.

It's weird for me but possibly completely normal - on my days off when I actually sleep enough, I dream about something as I'm woken up by my alarm. Since I could wake up immediately and be productive and stuff, I tend to just push snooze and turn on my side. I can repeat this process for hours with 15 minute snooze interval.

Now the interesting part is, I always dream about something, and when I wake up and get back to sleeping, the dream will continue exactly where it left off. Sometimes I keep snoozing just to see what happens next in my dream. I can watch long as hell dreams this way, while also enjoying the best feeling in the world - to be able to just keep on sleeping after your alarm has gone off and you've snoozed it. Sometimes it feels like lucid dreaming - I have control on what is happening unlike usually in my dreams.

Now, I'm not an expert, but I've heard the brain takes all night to develop your dreams, and the "output" you see is actually the work of many hours worth of deep sleep. I probably maintain REM somehow despite waking up for a small amount of time in between, but I still don't understand how the dreams can just continue and are of similar perceived length to the dream I was seeing before waking up in the first place.

The downside to doing this is I probably will get no additional rest from continuously interrupting my sleep like this, and I usually forget all about the dream within a few hours as well.

Yeah, that's not exactly a common occurrence from what I understand. I've rarely ever had the capacity to "continue" a dream. Usually a new one will start if I go back to dozing.

Okay so I had three dreams that I remember from last night.

First... Was a nightmare type where "I" am the MC and it takes place in the "real world". Anyways to sum this one up my teeth started getting loose and falling out, but my parents kept delaying and making up excuses to not do anything. (Me having to really push my parents to get them to take care of problems lately was likely the cause for this one and I've had many other dreams with a similar theme minus the teeth falling out.)

Second... hardest to remember, but it was in a fictionalish town on Halloween and people started turning into real zombies. Had to barricade doors and fight zombies with a broom and such. Also had a lot of exotic pets that had gotten infected and was upset to leave them behind. (been playing too much 7DtD.)

Third was my other type of dream where I spectate the story from 3rd person or though a character's viewpoint and are usually fantasy based. This one was cool. It had suspense from hiding from zombies (yes, more zombies but we were in a tall hotel or apartment complex in a city this time), an interesting backstory/plot twist and a cool transforming griffin thing. (This is one of those dreams that I wish I didn't already have my hands full with so many stories...)

For the record, dreams of teeth falling out are extremely common, and most cultures have different perspectives of what it could possibly mean. Just to let you know, you're not alone.

Im fortunate enough never to have had that one.

Man, I haven't dreamt lucidly in ages, and when I do I never get to truly control where I go. The worst is never being able to fly where I want to fly. It's always a sort of side-scroller sort of gliding where I really don't choose my velocity or not. The worst is when I'm running from something. Sometimes I'm a badass at escaping, but mostly I just get hounded ad infinitum and don't get out. Sigh. Teach me how to Inception please

My dreams are usually random but sometimes it relates to my psyche before I went to bed. Like for example, I had worked on this code on php before then in my dream, I am still doing it. Others are probably checking on how I feel and stuff.

I've been having some Linkin Park themed dreams recently.

The night Chester died I dreamt I was in a classroom where a concert was being played on a projector. There where no recognizable songs, it was odd. Another night I was walking down a hall full of goth girls like it was 2002. I just start singing Crawling as I walk along. It was a thing.

Pretty thrilling.

Hmm...what could you have done to induce a dream of goth girls? I must know, for..."research" purposes, ofc.

Chain of thought. Thinking about and listening to Linkin Park before bed = thoughts of the 2000's = thoughts of goth girls. Natural progression.

Anyone had a dream where they knew they were going to die?

I had this dream once. I was in a school and next to it, a golden rocket was suppsed to be  launched to space. Something went wrong and when the rocket took off it was coming right at me. In that moment I was like "*censored*, I am going to die" but I was surprisingly calm.

In another dream I was in a white rollercoaster. For some reasone the rails suddenly dissapeared and I was falling. In that moment I was also like "damn, I died".

First dream I just had. Uh so much happened but I forget all of it. But I ended up in a park waiting to give my Mom a ride home only to realize I needed to pick her up first. Door knob. I drove home when suddenly my car became a bike and it started snowing. There where other bikers on the road talking about seeing this Sponge Bob ghost. Everyone was riding on a wood paneled path.

Then somehow I was watching an alt Rugrats pilot where the babies all move into Angelica's house. One of my friends goes "wow this is all Fisher Price product placement". Songs are playing all over when suddenly Faint begins at the end causing everyone in the room to run around.

I'm singing amazingly when suddenly the song breaks down on the second verse and slows as Mike repeats "Oprah, Tina Turner". It turns into a ballad with a similar melody but dramatic high notes. In my head it confuses me but I go along and try to sing to show that I know it.

There where better parts to this dream but I forgot them.

It is really strange,

I keep dreaming about a white wolf with blue eyes, it always follows me through my dream but never has it harm me, it is actually seem like it is protecting me.

(My mom told me that it is just a coincidence (two weeks in a row) that I dream constantly about it... (https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/originals/79/f2/f0/79f2f0e71a5884eeb9b8845ea7f9d543.gif)

I just had a kind of lucid dream earlier today (during a power nap). I was with a friend of mine riding a taxi. I got out of the cab and thought "oh, yeah this is a dream, thats why I can walk in the middle of the street". Funny thing is I felt kind of drunk within the dream  :hmm:

I had a dream all these middle schoolers where in my house to work on something. For some reason they all went in my room and I was yelling at them like "don't you dare touch anything blah". So when I came back they had all went somewhere else and of all things the first thing I notice is...one of my K-ON plushies is missing. So I search their bags and find Ritsu all torn apart. I get like really pissed and yell at them when they come back in "WHO DID THIS?"

Finally one kid admits and I feel like a monster because I'm getting irrationally mad so all the kids band together and glue it back. I feel bad and we have this nice 80's cartoon arc.

Then later at my grandma's house someone puts this super robot show on. It gets silly when the robot starts hitting galactic Gurren Lagann sizes and walks on the Earth. For some reason this taps into my irrational fear of falling off the planet and floating through space endlessly and I start feeling sick as I watch this robot walk across the globe. More oddly specific dreams.

I had a big dream where a lot of things happened but I'll try to remember key details.

First I was in high school and hanging out with my friends. One of my friends (whom in reality I had volunteered at the Polish community center with) led us to this little Polish center like a library with some couches and we ate but this one Pole was getting mad that we weren't talking about Poland and Polish issues so we had to leave.

Then I was Kim Jong and I walked on this bus where everyone was sitting 1 to a seat so it was a big deal who I'd sit next to. I sat next to this blonde girl who had her head down and everyone was like "whaaat why didn't you pick me" one girl was like "I'm so much prettier then her, why didn't you sit next to me". That was odd, but when we got off the bus I suddenly switched roles to some random guy who was getting searched. I had nothing but the dude was like "No in your hand". I gained the dream power to take myself out of that body and look at it from the side. The guy was hiding some kind of needle directly in his hand. Which...is weird but okay.

Then I went to a big house and hid in the antic. I looked down to a messy kitchen where John Lennon in late 70's Dad mode was cooking up some eggs. This is the part where I forget things but I wish I didn't because it was a pretty action packed dream. I later ended up in a hotel somewhere near home...I don't know it was a wild dream time.
