Since I totally love Japan, (Even though I'm not Japanese). I want to learn some recipes specially sweet stuff. I already know dango any other suggestion please??? :thumbsup:

Hi!

I love Japanese sweets too *__* When I have a bit money left I always order special stuff XD
Or there is this city here that has a quite large Japanese community, we call it "Mini Tokyo". When I visit
this city I usually get some stuff there^^

As for self-made sweets, I recommend the YT channel "Cooking with the Dog". They have tons of recipes c:


What I like the most somehow so far was Shiruko, that's some kind of sweet bean soup with a little mochi ball.
Anything with matcha tea XD idk orz
And Dorayaki ^__^ Pancakes with anko *-*

i have a japanese cook book! 

as for sweets and snacks....i get Japan Crate!  it's introduced me to the current trend of their snacks and candies!
