Living for readers doesn't sound too bad actually. Oh, story idea: world ranking thing where mangaka with poor readership vanish from existence. even if you've never been published before even having friends read and rank is enough to keep you alive. Yay. Woot.

I'm surprised these two talked though.

That could work in a different context, like a novelist or actor etc. Something like 10 000 minutes from Bakuman. I'd read that, if you write it let me know haha

Yeah me too, they seem like two very different people, but they're actually quite the same. I still need to read Vagabond, though I want to read it in a book.

You mean there's no reliable manga store even there in SA? That's tragic.

Yep, at least in my region. I heard there's a shady place down in Cape Town that sells in bulk, but I doubt it.
