... Mother of mercy you're good.

I see barely anything wrong with most of these drawings, especially from 2006 onward. Whew.

To give a little critiquing for the colored 2006 photo of the three (whose lineart is marvelously well done by the way, kudos to that), there is no shadowing done with the colors, which makes the colors seem too stand-offish in places. Though, I need not critique coloring further, because all your recent photos from that mark on that are colored are... brilliantly well done.

For the 2012 girl in purple, her mouth is not lined up correctly with the rest of the face. It tilts a bit too far upward from my perspective. I could be wrong...

The rest? Kudos! Brilliant! Fantastic! Encore! More, more!

Okay, okay. This is not finished just so you know... having hand issues - again...

^That.

@Zealapeal I wonder if it's the right eye instead?

Oh, I meant issues drawing hands - my hands are fine.  ;D

Thank you for being kind though

Hi Zeal:

Thank you for the feedback... So here is the story of my life:

In 2004 I was really excited: AnimeBoston was exciting, I sold 20 copies of my comic - lol - and I thought I would one day be an artist.

Due to personal circumstances, my dreams crashed (family was against it etc.) - I decided to give up on the Manga career.

2006 I came back into the groove, only to completely shut down afterwards (I trashed 2000 dollars of anime/manga merchandise and ALL of my drawings). What you see here is what I was able to find online from previous posts in forums, and email.

2009 got married - yay!

Now, 2012, after reading Bakuman and being introduced to deviantart I decided to try again... I am 29, so this may be my last chance. I hope to see things through this time.

Thank you for the support.

very nice artwork! definitely a more classic feel to your style. wish i could give some better critiques, but i'm hardly an artist. It has to be pretty bad for me to see something wrong.

Will review stories upon request. My latest arc: http://goo.gl/KYgsfF

well you skill is already at a level that nothing much to say but your color still got place to improve and shadow.
the color and shadow may be is what you choose to want it to be this way but i find it a bit... unreal or not impress
i my self think that should go try a few more type color. maybe you should try to use light color like a water color feeling, since your drawing style is a bit classic

and about your char design i find it is  classic, may or may not be a good thing , your hair is good for line art but .... is bad for color,it give a robot feeling (not sure what the word is best to use.)

and just to say my english is bad so... don't be mad i may used wrong word... or i just suck at talking.

but what i really mean is your drawing skill is good but is lack of something, like it is not complete yet (in another word mean you can still improve in choose your style.)

Kinre - you nailed it - I always feel incomplete when I look at my drawings. And I always wonder why my drawings dont look like this or that person - they feel so heavy!!!

Thank you for the pointers.

well... i understand it, but i think the only way to improve for you is to test alot of drawing style and color style, in another word should drop what your habit and draw what is not your style and learn from the start , and start see the drawing you like and learn from them . this way it helped me to learn alot of thing although i can't be sure it work on you too lol.
and by the way i pm you about something.
