Well i can give a simple answer for that. Just search Google. you will get plenty ! But the problem is not all those free hosts are giving great service. Some of them put ads on your site, Some gives you only html no php or mysql, Some have bad uptime etc.
But still there are good free hosting services. We just have to take time and choose the best one for our needs. Heres 2 free web hosting services I use.
