Since I mean to close/permanently pause this thread after finishing the current queue, it's technically closed, but since you asked before I closed it I'll allow 1 extra request. go for it!

@Everyone I will get these done soon as I want to get onto the VN stuff and I feel bad for not having done these. I sort of crashed after my holiday then got depressed about my art and then just got on with my normal sketches haha. that'll teach me to be ambitious @_@

but after Baruden I wont accept any more requests for the time being.

Ok am kinda excited for this! haven't written in a while and kinda feeling down, but now i gotta see my main character alive that will give me motive to write more! i hope am not being too picky in my details and the background story/personality to help you understand the character's burden! goodluck and thanks a thousand!

Genre: Epic Fantasy, Young-Adult Fiction, Adventure, Mythology.
Era: Mix between all eras (a long story would give up a lot of spoilers if I try to explain)
Name: Baruden Blackens
Age: 23
Zodiac Sign: Cancer (If it helps)
Appearance:
Skin – Light brown
Hair – Very short hair / bald
Height – 174 cm (5’85)
Body – Ectomorph body, with light muscles.
Face – medium size nose, little above average lips, dark yellow eyes. A horizontal scar across both his eyes.
Face Expression - He has three main expression, one where he gently smiles/carefree, the second where's he has a devilish/crazy smile that being lured into a fight and the last one where he's lost in thoughts where even the person front of him will feel like a hollow as he through them as if they are not there.
Marks – Burning marks on his left shoulder toward his neck.
Cloths - dark brown cape with a hood, the hood is down to show his face features. Tight white shirt from linen fiber with the sleeves pulled up just before the elbows. Black pants with brown belt.
Accessories - Black glove on his right hand as if it’s a safety glove to use weapons, on his left hand wearing a brown leather bracelet with a black metal piece holding the family’s crest (still didn’t decide the crest but it’s like a mirror with a sword inside)

Personality:
He’s the youngest of 4 brothers, carried a piece of personality of his older brothers.
 Good Humors, improvise on the go, have a bad temper, moody, considerate, smart when it comes to self-benefit and lazy as it gets.
His family are trying to get his born-with powers on their side to do keep growing their power over the world. He still loves his family specially his brothers, in the story he’ll be facing them, and they can go very low just to break him to get to their side. He’s very loyal to his best friend who he has he trying to find in his journey. A lot of secrets and burdens are within him through his journey where he cannot share with his current entourage.

An artist must do what's comfortable for him, do not worry about missing few things as long as you're doing it from your soul's comfort zone!

Finally getting round to doing these!!!!

First of all, a big apology for not getting round to this sooner. Fundamentally my excuse is that I hit an art block, or rather I lost my confidence in my own skill and felt bad drawing requests for you all with what I felt wasn't my best, so went back to drilling figures and faces and whatnot.
Partly this was caused by my drawing spree on holiday, which made me quite aware of my lack of skill level in a bunch of areas. Fortunately the block is almost gone now, helped a lot by my new working ethic of WIPs, and being able to split my work up if necessary.
Up until now, almost all of my pieces have been drawn in one session, often with no break at all (given that most of my pieces took less than an hour or two that's not so hard to imagine). But this left me with the feeling that I always needed a whole block of 1-2 hours free all in one go to do these requests, which I didn't always have, and this was holding me back.
After sorting out my WIPs and unfinished drawings, I started to finish them off, which made me realise that I could start a drawing, add it to my WIP pile, and finish it later, or half finish it and put it back into the pile again. Which then made me realise I can do that to a request as well, and I can do random sketches in between starting and finishing it, on different days.

So here is my current WIP for WalterB. I wont post WIPs normally but it goes nicely with my explanation. I left it more sketchy so the finished one will look really good in comparison haha

well I've finally managed to get myself around to doing this. took 90 minutes in total. I think it was quite a
difficult piece for me to attempt with that level of detail, so it wore me out a bit XD
The shading's a bit iffy also.
Also I had no idea what I was doing :P

wasnt sure about the clothes/skin/hair colour but you can change anything you want in the file anyway.
also does he have a pointy chin or a goatee? I made it a goatee lol



Next is a request from a friend, but I'll be back on members requests before you know it.
So far this thread has certainly taught me a lot about confidence and planning and procrastination and so on.
