Not bad :). I like how you've drawn the hair on the first pic - looks very realistic.
Your male characters drawing attempts seems to be very promising. I don't see any huge mistakes or anything like that  so I guess there won't be much of a problem with this when you'll go further into details.
And your vibrant coloring looks great. Keep it up :)
