Re: Immortal : chapter #6 is out (after long time)

I changed up first chapter a bit. I used different style for intro (no narrator anymore).
Also I removed the part about first immortal from first chapter. Instead I'll write a prologue chapter which will have that in more detail and without telling instead of showing.

Here comes the new chapter.

Spoiler
SCENE:
Battlefield from previous chapter. Both armies are close and about to clash with each other. Solus is in the lead and from his both sides are Egill and Renos.

DIALOGUE:
Solus (yelling): People with pole arms go for the horsemen, but that big guy in the middle is mine. The rest of you can take whoever you want. Understand?
Soldiers: Yeah!!!
Solus: Give your best! Let's go!

ACTION:
Both armies get really close.
As Solus turns to go for Illarion, Ideon tries to intercept him.

DIALOGUE:
Ideon: Don't tell me you are running away from me.

ACTION:
Renos and Egill jump in front of Ideon.

DIALOGUE:
Renos: You have to get through us first if you want to fight him.
Solus (smiles): Sorry. I want to fight with the strongest one here and by the looks of it that's not you.

ACTION:
Ideon stops and starts laughing.

DIALOGUE:
Ideon: Hahahahha. I see.

ACTION:
Ideon readies his sword.

DIALOGUE:
Ideon: Very well then. I'll be finished on my side quickly, so don't lose to old man so we can fight afterwards.

ACTION:
Renos gets mad for being underestimated by Ideon.

DIALOGUE:
Renos: Don't think you can beat us so easily.

ACTION:
Egill looks somewhere else.

DIALOGUE:
Egill: Sorry Renos, but it's gonna be just you.
Renos: What, why?
Egill: We don’t have many people with pole arms. Since I’m one of them I should be fighting those horsemen, not Ideon.
Renos: Fine! Go!
Egill: Beat him for me as well.
Renos: I will!

ACTION:
Egill charges towards horsemen.
Renos turns back to Ideon.

DIALOGUE:
Renos: Looks like it’s gonna be just two of us.
Ideon: Give your best, so I can have at least some fun.

ACTION:
Renos lunges towards Ideon.

DIALOGUE:
Renos: I’ll take down that grin off of your face.
Ideon: Come!

SCENE:
At Solus’ location.

ACTION:
Solus jumps in front of Ilarion.
Ilarion stops.

DIALOGUE:
Solus: I’m taking you down.
Ilarion: Are you trying to be a hero by fighting me on your own, brat?
Solus: It’s not about being a hero. It’s about enjoying a fight with a strong opponent.
Ilarion: Hahaha. You sound just like my pupil.
Solus: Your pupil? Could it be… Ideon?
Ilarion: Oh, you know him? Then you must be that Solus guy he was talking about. He had high expectations for you.
Solus: If that’s the case, then I can’t let him down.
Ilarion: Let’s see what you’ve got.

ACTION:
Solus and Ilarion charge towards one another.

SCENE:
At Egill’s location. 1 horseman is charging towards one of Zehar’s soldier. Soldier is trembling in fear, unable to confront a horseman.

ACTION:
Horseman points his spear towards the Zehar’s soldier.

DIALOGUE:
Horseman: Die!

ACTION:
Zehar’s soldier covers his face and yells.

DIALOGUE:
Soldier: Noooo!

ACTION:
Halberd stabs the horseman in his neck.
Soldier is still covering his face.
He slowly lowers his arms and is confused by what happened.
He then notices Egill standing next to him with his halberd being covered in blood. Horseman from before is lying on the floor dead.
Egill starts yelling at him.

DIALOGUE:
Egill: Pull yourself together! You’ll die for sure if you don’t fight back.
Soldier: Y-yes!

ACTION:
Egill turns around.
3 more horsemen are charging towards him.

DIALOGUE:
Egill: I’m gonna take care of the horsemen. You make sure some foot soldier doesn’t sneak up on me.
Soldier: Understood.

ACTION:
Egill points his halberd towards the horsemen.

DIALOGUE:
Egill: Come and get me, you bastards.

SCENE:
At Ideon’s and Renos’ location.

ACTION:
Renos attacks Ideon from above with a leaping attack.
Ideon dodges it to Renos’ right side.
Renos tries to attacks Ideon with his shield.
Ideon jumps back and lowers his posture.

DIALOGUE:
Ideon: Got you now!

ACTION:
He attacks Renos from below.
Renos strikes Ideon’s sword down with his own.
After that, he hits Ideon’s face with his right elbow.
Ideon falls down and rolls backwards to get back on his feet.
Ideon smiles and spits blood.

DIALOGUE:
Ideon: Heh, not bad. Seems like this might be fun in the e…

ACTION:
Renos closes in with Ideon before he finishes talking. Ideon gets surprised.

DIALOGUE:
Renos: Stop talking and fight seriously.

SCENE:
Solus’ and Ilarion’s location.

ACTION:
Ilarion charges towards Solus.
As Ilarion closes in, Solus attacks with his sword upwards.
As the sword was about to connect with Ilarion, Ilarion’s mace appears in front of Solus’ face.
Solus gets surprised and dodges it in panic without connecting with his sword.
Solus starts panting.

DIALOGUE:
Solus: What the hell was that? It appeared out of nowhere.

ACTION:
Ilarion turns around and charges towards Solus again.

DIALOGUE:
Solus: I need to watch for his attack this time.

ACTION:
Solus raises his shield.
Ilarion closes in and attacks once again.
Solus blocks the attack with his shield.

DIALOGUE:
Solus (thinking): I should try blocking some more of his attacks and figure out how to attack him.

ACTION:
Ilarion attacks and Solus blocks.
Once again they do the same.
As Ilarion closes in once again, Solus raises his shield and blocks his attack. As he blocks it, he attacks with his sword, but Ilarion ran past by him already.
After that, Solus tries to attack Ilarion at the same time as he was blocking.
Solus gets thrown back by Ilarion’s attack.

DIALOGUE:
Solus (thinking): *censored*! There’s no opening for me to attack him.
Ilarion:  Is defending the only thing you can do brat?

ACTION:
Solus gets up.

DIALOGUE:
Solus (thinking): He’s too fast on that horse.
Ilarion: If you continue like that you’ll just run out of stamina, while my horse can still go for a long time.

ACTION:
Solus realizes something.

DIALOGUE:
Solus (thinking): That’s right! His horse! I should take down his horse first.

ACTION:
Solus changes his stance. He holds his sword sideways in preparation to attack horizontally instead of vertically like before.
Ilarion stops his charge.

DIALOGUE:
Ilarion: Oooh. Seems like you can use your head.
Solus: Why did you stop?
Ilarion: You were about to attack my horse and I don’t want him getting hurt unnecessarily.

ACTION:
Ilarion gets off of his horse.

DIALOGUE:
Ilarion: So I’ll be fighting you on my own.

ACTION:
Solus smiles.

DIALOGUE:
Ilarion: Don’t get too happy for taking me off my horse. I’m much stronger on foot than on horse.

ACTION:
Ilarion readies his stance.

DIALOGUE:
Ilarion: Real battle starts now!
Solus (still smiling): Bring it!

With this chapter all of the fights got set up.

Re: Immortal : chapter #8 is out
« Reply #32 on: November 08, 2014, 08:36:26 PM »
Once again was a bit away from writing a new chapter but here it is.

Spoiler
SCENE HEADING:
Continuation of battle from last two chapters. There are 3 separate scenes. First one is at Solus' location who is fighting against Ilarion. Second one is near the first one, it's at Renos' location who is fighting with Ideon. Third one is at Egill's location who is fighting the horsemen. He is further away from other 2 locations.

SCENE:
At Solus' location. Ilarion has gotten off his horse and is slowly approaching him.

DIALOGUE:
Ilarion: Now… let's see what you can do.

ACTION:
Ilarion rushes towards Solus.
He strikes from above.
Solus blocks the attack with his shield.
Solus attacks from the side. Ilarion simultaneously attacks from his right side.
Solus dodges backwards without finishing his attack.

DIALOGUE:
Ilarion: Don't tell me you're still continuing to just defend.

ACTION:
Solus closes in to attack Ilarion from below.
Ilarion doesn't put up any defense and instead attacks towards Solus' head.
Solus pulls his sword back and puts up his shield.
Ilarion hits the shield. Solus falls to ground because of the impact.
Ilarion continues to attack while Solus is still on the ground. Solus rolls sideways to avoid the attack and makes some space between them.
Solus gets up.
Ilarion instantly closes the gap between them and makes a barrage of the attacks on Solus. Solus struggles to block the attacks with his shield.

DIALOGUE:
Solus (thinking): *censored*! I can't find an opening.

ACTION:
Ilarion heavily strikes Solus making him get thrown back by the attack.

DIALOGUE:
Ilarion: Sigh... Kid, you focus too much on defense. That way you won't accomplish anything in war.
Solus: I'll survive that way.
Ilarion: That's true, but even if you survive your army might be defeated by the time you defeat the foe in front of you. Who thought you how to fight?
Solus: Lord Adal.
Ilarion: Adal?! That doesn't make any sense. Even though his fighting style is much better, he taught you the one that our king uses.
Solus: Why are you complaining about my fighting style then, if your king uses the same?
Ilarion: That fighting style might be good for you personally, but it's not so good for your army. King Mael and Adal, during our fight with Bynor empire, are perfect example of which is better.

ACTION:
Ilarion closes in on Solus and hits his shield.
Solus holds his ground.

DIALOGUE:
Ilarion: Our king Mael fought by choosing his opponents carefully. He was always on defense and waited for opportunity to strike. That way he took down over hundred opponents without having a single scratch.

ACTION:
Ilarion hits Solus' shield again.

DIALOGUE:
Ilarion: However, those hundred weren't really important for their army. On the other hand, Adal killed only 1 guy. He killed their leader. With their leader gone, the army was thrown into chaos, which eventually lead them to their defeat.

ACTION:
Ilarion hits the shield one more time.
A crack appears on the shield.

DIALOGUE:
Ilarion: So which fighting style sounds more useful to you?
Solus (thinking): This shield won’t hold much longer. It’s just a matter of time before he smashes it. It would be safer not to use it anymore.

ACTION:
Solus throws away his shield.

DIALOGUE:
Ilarion: Now we’re talking.

SCENE:
At Renos’ location. Ideon is within Renos’ reach.

ACTION:
Renos tries to stab Ideon with his sword.
Ideon dodges to Renos’ right side and attacks from above.
Renos sidesteps to dodge the attack.
He starts to relentlessly attack Ideon. Ideon blocks all of the attacks with his sword.
Ideon parries Renos’ attack.

DIALOGUE:
Ideon (angry): That’s enough!

ACTION:
Ideon kicks Renos.
Renos falls to the ground.

DIALOGUE:
Ideon: I don’t understand you slaves. You are treated like garbage by your kings and your kingdom, yet you fight for them so loyally.
Renos: King?

ACTION:
Renos gets up.

DIALOGUE:
Renos: Fighting loyally for him?

ACTION:
Renos burst out in laughter.
Ideon charges in and attacks from above. Renos blocks the attack with his shield.

DIALOGUE:
Ideon: What’s so funny?
Renos: You got it all wrong. We are not loyal to our king. No! We are loyal to Lord Adal, who gave us a chance to have a new life.

ACTION:
Ideon jumps back to make some distance.

DIALOGUE:
Ideon: You would put Adal’s order before the one of your king?
Renos : Yes. Even if Lord Adal asked us to kill our king, we would do it.
Ideon: But your king could give you much greater reward than your lord.
Renos: I don’t care about reward. Lord Adal is a greater man then our king. And my loyalty will always be with him.

ACTION:
Renos attacks Ideon. Ideon blocks with his sword. They stay in a clinch.

DIALOGUE:
Renos: You were wrong about the other thing as well. We are not fighting for our king. We are not even fighting for Lord Adal.
Ideon (confused): Then who are you fighting for?
Renos: We are fighting for…

ACTION:
Renos back steps and goes for Ideon’s head.
Ideon barely dodges it, but gets a cut on his left cheek. A bit of blood spurts.

Dialogue:
Renos: …ourselves!!!

ACTION:
Ideon wipes of the blood and smiles.

DIALOGUE:
Ideon: Now you sound like a real man. I want to fight you even more now.

ACTION:
Ideon rushes towards Renos and attacks him from his right side.
Renos blocks the attack with his sword, but gets pushed back by the force of the attack.

DIALOGUE:
Renos: Too bad that I have to kill you.

SCENE:
At Egill’s side. 3 horsemen are charging at him. He readies to take them on.

DIALOGUE:
1 of the horsemen: Die, you filthy slave.

ACTION:
One of the horsemen tries to cut down Egill.
Egill ducks to avoid the attack.
He instantly goes for horseman’s head and kills him.
The other 2 horsemen turn around and go for him again.
Egill waits for a bit then charges in on the right guy.
He manages to stab him in his right shoulder and knock him off his horse. At the same time, the left one cuts Egill on his left shoulder.
Egill starts bleeding from his shoulder.
He tries to hold his halberd with both hands, but his left shoulder starts hurting badly.

DIALOGUE:
Egill: *censored*!

ACTION:
The last horseman turns around charges once again.
Egill raises his halberd with just his right hand.

DIALOGUE:
Egill: Guess one hand will have to do.

ACTION:
Egill attacks the horseman in his torso and knocks him off the horse.
He walks up to him and stabs him in the throat.

DIALOGUE:
Egill: Is that all you’ve got?

ACTION:
As Egill turns around, he sees 5 more horsemen charging at him.

DIALOGUE:
Egill: Heh. Don’t think I can take them all down.

SCENE:
At Solus’ side.

ACTION:
Solus attacks Ilarion from above.
Ilarion blocks the attack with his shield and attacks with his mace from the side.
Solus dodges the attack.
Ilarion starts attacking continuously. Solus dodges all of the attacks.

DIALOGUE:
Ilarion: So now instead of blocking you are going to just dodge. I’m really disappointed.
Solus: Then what should I do?
Ilarion: Instead of avoiding the attacks, you should prevent your enemy from attacking. Because, if you stay on defense forever, one of the attacks will eventually…

ACTION:
Ilarion strikes upwards and hits Solus’ helm which is sent flying by the hit.

DIALOGUE:
Ilarion: …hit you.

ACTION:
Solus is staggered by the hit and can’t move.

DIALOGUE:
Solus (in his head): *censored*! I can’t move!
Ilarion: And then that hit will kill you.

ACTION:
Ilarion strikes downwards to hit Solus’ head.

DIALOGUE:
Solus (panicked): C’mon! Move!

ACTION:
Mace is closing towards Solus.

DIALOGUE:
Solus (thinking): If I don’t move, my immortality will be revealed.

ACTION:
Mace gets really close to his head.

DIALOGUE:
Solus: MOVEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

ACTION:
Suddenly a great sword hits the mace and throws Ilarion off balance.
Hon appears on a horse.

DIALOGUE:
Hon (smiling): You are fighting me, old man!

Also, I'm wondering one thing. Have you guys pictured Solus with his upper part naked in any of the scenes so far?

Here's new chapter.

Spoiler
SCENE HEADING:
Continuation of battle from the last three chapters. There are 3 separate scenes. First one is at Solus' location who is on ground trying to get a grip of himself. With him are Hon and Ilarion, facing each other. Second one is near the first one. It's at Renos' location who is fighting with Ideon. Third one is at Egill's location who is heavily wounded and is facing even more horsemen. He is further away from other 2 locations.

SCENE:
At Solus’ side. Solus is sitting on the ground and is trying to recover from Ilarion’s blow. In front of him are Hon and Ilarion.

DIALOGUE:
Ilarion: Seems like a monster appeared.

DIALOGUE:
Hon (grins): That’s some high talk coming from a monster such as yourself.

ACTION:
Hon charges forward and slashes horizontally.
Ilarion blocks the attack with his shield, but gets pushed back by the force of the attack.

DIALOGUE:
Hon: Oh? What’s this? Didn’t think you would get pushed back by only this.

ACTION:
Ilarion looks at his shield which is now distorted from the previous attack.
Ilarion throws away his shield.

DIALOGUE:
Ilarion: Looks like this won’t be of much use anymore.
Hon: So, age affects even monsters like you.
Ilarion: It’s not that age has gotten me weak. It’s just that you’ve become even bigger monster than before. This shield of mine was of the finest metal, yet you made it useless with just one attack. Even back then you were cutting up men as if they were butter.

ACTION:
Hon jumps forward and attacks vertically. Ilarion barely dodges the attack.
The sword strikes the ground and makes cracks in the ground.

DIALOGUE:
Hon: Don’t get sentimental on me, old man. This is battlefield. You speak with your weapon here, not your words.

ACTION:
Then, Hon turns to Solus who is still spacing out.

DIALOGUE:
Hon: And you! How long do you plan to space out like that? You can still fight.

ACTION:
Solus still remains spaced out.

DIALOGUE:
Hon: Trash.

ACTION:
Solus snaps out of his confusion and makes and angry face.
Solus: What did you say?

DIALOGUE:
Hon: Trash. If you don’t fight, then you are nothing more than a worthless trash that everyone thinks you are.
Solus (yells): I’m not trash.
Hon: Then show me! Show me those eyes that want to fight back.

ACTION:
Solus gets up and grabs his sword firmly.

DIALOGUE:
Hon: While you’re at it, make sure that no one interferes with my fight.
Solus: …

SCENE:
At Egill’s location. He is injured. Coming for him are 5 horsemen.

DIALOGUE:
Egill: *censored*. I can’t even move my left arm anymore. And there are 5 more of those bastards.

ACTION:
Egill smiles and firmly holds his halberd with his right hand.

DIALOGUE:
Egill: Now let’s see how many I can take down before I die.

ACTION:
A shout can be heard behind him.

DIALOGUE:
Group of Zehar’s horsemen: For Zehar!

ACTION:
A group of horsemen charge by Egill’s side and confronts the enemy.
One of the horsemen stops by Egill and speaks to him.

DIALOGUE:
Horseman (looking at the corpses of Kaligan’s horsemen): Did you kill all of these guys?
Egill: Yeah.
Horseman: Well done. You can’t fight with those injuries anymore. You should retreat.
Egill: No. I can still take one or two of them down.
Horseman (yells): NO! You should retreat now so that you can take more of them later. We will take care of the rest.
Egill: Understood.

ACTION:
Egill retreats.

DIALOGUE:
Egill: Do your best.
Horseman (smiles): Of course we will.

SCENE:
At Solus’ side. Solus is still infuriated by Hon’s words.

ACTION:
Solus charges towards the enemy.
Enemy goes for a stab.
Solus completely ignores enemies attack and cuts him down.

DIALOGUE:
Solus: I’m not trash.

ACTION:
One enemy charges towards Solus.
Solus quickly closes in on the enemy and stabs him before he could even react.
Another enemy jumps on him from behind.

DIALOGUE:
Enemy soldier: You bastard!

ACTION:
Solus kicks the enemy in stomach.
Enemy collapses on the ground. Solus starts approaching him.

DIALOGUE:
Solus: What did you call me?

ACTION:
Solus stabs the enemy on the ground.
He pulls out the sword and rushes towards more enemies and cuts them up with ease.

SCENE:
At Renos’ side. He and Ideon are in a clinch with their swords.

ACTION:
Ideon looks in direction where Solus is rampaging.

DIALOGUE:
Ideon: So you got reinforcements? And for some reason, Solus went out of control. Seems like we’ll have to postpone our match for some other time.

ACTION:
Ideon disjoints the clinch and runs towards Solus.
Renos goes after him.

DIALOGUE:
Renos: Are you running away? And just a moment ago you said that you want to fight me.
Ideon: That’s true. But I can’t let my comrades get killed just like that. I can’t let him rampage freely.

ACTION:
Renos catches up to him and stops him.

DIALOGUE:
Renos: Well I’m not letting you move freely either. This is war, after all.

SCENE:
At Hon’s side.

DIALOGUE:
Ilarion: So you call him trash and he starts rampaging just like that.

ACTION:
Hon leaps towards Ilarion with his great sword held in striking position.

DIALOGUE:
Hon: Do you really have time to look elsewhere, old man!?

ACTION:
Ilarion dodges the attack to the sides and strike Hon into his stomach. Hon’s armor mitigates the damage.

DIALOGUE:
Ilarion: Seems like your side has two monsters now, even though he fought so timidly just a moment ago.

ACTION:
Ilarion goes for another attack to the same spot but Hon dodges.

DIALOGUE:
Ilarion: If I don’t take you down, it will be bad for us.

ACTION:
Hon attack Ilarion from above. Ilarion jumps back to avoid the attack.

DIALOGUE:
Hon: You bore me, old man. I thought you would put up more of a fight than this.

ACTION:
Ilarion goes for another blow to the stomach.
However, Hon slashes downwards and cuts down his arms.

DIALOGUE:
Hon: I might as well finish this battle.
Ilarion: I’m sorry my king, I failed you.

ACTION:
Hon attacks diagonally and cuts through Ilarion.
Hon turns towards the enemy soldiers and shouts.

DIALOGUE:
Hon: Now let’s see how many of you can I cut down before you start running.

ACTION:
Kalligan’s soldiers start to panic.

DIALOGUE:
Kaligan’s slave soldier: Master Ilarion got killed!
Kaligan’s regular soldier: That monster is going to kill us all. I’m not fighting him.
Kaligan’s regular soldier 2: Me neither.
ACTION:
Some of the regular soldiers start running away.

SCENE:
At Renos’ side. He and Ideon got close to Hon and Solus who is a bit further.

ACTION:
Ideon gets disgusted by behavior of regular soldiers.

DIALOGUE:
Ideon: Tch… Running away while those soldiers who they treat so horribly stay and face the enemy. Disgraceful!

ACTION:
Kaligan’s slave soldiers are all trembling while Hon is approaching them slowly.
Ideon shouts to his soldiers.

DIALOGUE:
Ideon: That’s enough. You’ve shown your bravery, but now it’s time to retreat. We can’t fight like this when those cowards are running away.

ACTION:
Kaligan’s soldiers start to retreat.

DIALOGUE:
Hon: Kill as many as you can, but don’t chase them too far.

ACTION:
Solus notices that enemies are retreating.

DIALOGUE:
Solus: You are not getting away from me.

ACTION:
Hon approaches Solus from behind and slaps him in the back which knocks him to the ground.

DIALOGUE:
Hon: You’ve done enough today.

I'll take some time now before writing new chapter. I'll be revising old chapters and improving them, as well as writing prologue. I want to improve my writing so I can make it more fun to read for the upcoming twists in the story.

« Reply #34 on: March 16, 2015, 08:28:03 PM »
After too big pause, here's new chapter

Spoiler
SCENE:
At the entrance of Zehar during the night. Same two guards who were previously guarding the entrance welcome the army with Hon in the lead.

DIALOGUE:
Guard 1: Welcome back! How did it go?
Hon (smiling): It was a great victory for us.

ACTION:
Hon laughs vigorously.

DIALOGUE:
Hon: I even defeated Ilarion.
Guard 2: We expect nothing less from you, master Hon.

ACTION:
Hon turns towards the army.

DIALOGUE:
Hon: You fought well! Get some rest now. I’ll try to convince king Darius to provide some reward for you.

ACTION:
The whole army yells happily and starts moving.
Hon stops Solus, who is moving along with the rest.

DIALOGUE:
Hon (stops smiling): Have you calmed down?
Solus: Yeah.
Hon: Don’t space out like that next time.
Solus: I won’t!
Hon: Good! Now go get some rest.

SCENE:
Kitchen in Adal’s mansion. Solus is eating and Elle is sitting next to him.

DIALOGUE:
Elle: Do you like it?
Solus (holding his face down): Yeah.
Elle: I’m glad.

ACTION:
Solus keeps holding his head down.

DIALOGUE:
Elle: How was the battle?
Solus (with barely any spirit in it): We won.
Elle (worried): You don’t sound very convincing. Is something bothering you?
Solus: Yeah, but I don’t want to talk about it.

ACTION:
Elle gets up and smiles.

DIALOGUE:
Elle: Then, how about I make you forget about it?

ACTION:
Solus raises his head.

DIALOGUE:
Solus: How are you going to do that?

ACTION:
Elle kisses Solus.
Solus is surprised by the kiss.
Elle grabs his hand.

DIALOGUE:
Elle: Come and I’ll show you.

SCENE:
In Elle’s room. It’s dark, so not much can be seen.

ACTION:
Elle pushes Solus on bed and mounts him.
Elle whispers into Solus’ ear.

DIALOGUE:
Elle: Just relax and leave everything to me.

SCENE:
Elle’s bed. Both of them are sleeping.

ACTION:
Solus is wriggling in his sleep.

FLASHBACK:
Solus dreams about the times when they were trying to kill him, which is shown in a few different scenes.

SCENE:
Solus is screaming while he is being burnt alive.

SCENE:
Solus is being impaled by a construction which has many spikes on it.

SCENE:
One guy is pouring acid onto Solus.
END OF FLASHBACK

ACTION:
Solus wakes up terrified. He grabs his scar on chest.
Elle wakes up from the noise Solus is making.

DIALOGUE:
Elle (worried): Is something wrong?
Solus (still terrified): I remembered of something horrible.
Elle: Does it have something to do with your scar?
Solus: Yeah.

ACTION:
Elle hugs Solus.
He calms down and his expression changes to a calmer one.

DIALOGUE:
Solus: This scar is here to remind me of something that I should never forget.
Elle:  And what is that?
Solus: I should never forget how terrifying death can be.

SCENE:
In old barracks. Slave soldiers are gathered up. In front of them is Rinus with a few regular soldiers.

DIALOGUE:
Rinus: Soldiers! Master Hon convinced the king Darius to give you a reward for fighting until now.

ACTION:
Soldiers shout with joy.

DIALOGUE:
Rinus: Use it well and try to enjoy a bit.

SCENE:
Throne room. King, Adal, Hon and Solus are all sitting at the table and eating. Few regular soldiers are guarding the king. King is stuffing himself with food and is ignoring others.

ACTION:
Adal finishes his meal and wipes his mouth.

DIALOGUE:
Adal: So what are the results of the last battle?
Hon: We lost around 300 slave soldiers and 50 regular ones.
Adal: What about Kalligan?
Hon: They lost about 1000 slave soldiers and 200 regulars.

ACTION:
Hon starts laughing vigorously.

DIALOGUE:
Hon: But most importantly, they lost Ilarion.
Adal: Then we finally have an advantage, however small it is.
Solus: Is he that important?
Adal: He is their leading commander and the strongest soldier in Kalligan.
Hon: With his death, Mael himself is bound to come to the battlefield.
Adal: And it’s your duty to bring him down, Solus!
Solus (surprised): What about Hon?
Hon: Unfortunately, I won’t be fighting with you guys again. My duty is to guard the king and I can’t abandon him so often.
Adal: If Mael himself comes to the battle, then we can expect him to come with full army. I’m not sure our slave army will be able to fight them on their own.
Hon: Don’t worry. Part of our regular soldiers will join them.
Adal: And who will lead them?
Hon (smiles): Solus, of course.
Adal: Will they follow his lead?
Hon: Don’t worry, I got that covered.

SCENE:
On the streets of Zehar at night. Renos and few other slave soldiers are coming out of a tavern. They are all laughing.

DIALOGUE:
Renos (a bit drunk): Next time I’m gonna’ beat Ideon, just watch me!

ACTION:
Soldiers keep laughing as if they were mocking Renos.
Renos gets angry.

DIALOGUE:
Renos: What!? You don’t believe me?

ACTION:
One of the nobles on the side looks at them with disgust and says to his guard (Avner, but his name is revealed in next chapter).

DIALOGUE:
Noble: Just look at them walking around freely. They are nothing more than slave trash.

ACTION:
Renos and others ignore his comment and continue walking.

DIALOGUE:
Noble: They are trash just like their master.

ACTION:
Hearing him say that, Renos immediately jumps at him and grabs his clothes.

DIALOGUE:
Renos (angry): What did you say about lord Adal?
Noble: I said that he is trash just like you.
Renos: You better take that back.
Noble: Or what?
Guard: Keep your hands to yourself.

ACTION:
Noble’s guard draws his sword out. Renos doesn’t notice him.
He cuts off Renos’ hands.
Renos jumps back.
Guard immediately follows him and stabs him in his heart.

DIALOGUE:
Soldier: You bastard!

ACTION:
Soldier rushes towards the guard.
Guard easily cuts him down as well.
He slowly moves towards the rest with angry expression on his face.

DIALOGUE:
Guard: I’ll kill every one of you Adal’s pests.

SCENE:
In another part of Zehar, also during the night around the same time as the events from previous scene. Solus is walking alone.

DIALOGUE:
Solus (thinking): I wonder what Elle is doing.

ACTION:
A man in black cloak is walking towards Solus.
Solus doesn’t pay attention to him.
As the man gets closer to Solus, he pulls out a dagger and quickly stabs Solus in his heart.

DIALOGUE:
Man: King Mael sends his regards.

ACTION:
Solus gets shocked.
As the man steps back, Solus regenerates completely.
Seeing him regenerate, the man gets scared.

DIALOGUE:
Man: Y-y-you are immortal?

ACTION:
The man runs away in fear.

FLASHBACK:
Solus standing there remembers what Adal was saying to him.

DIALOGUE:
Adal: Remember! If anyone finds out that you are immortal, you have to kill him before he tells anyone else.
END OF FLASHBACK

ACTION:
As he remembers that he starts chasing him.

DIALOGUE:
Solus: *censored*! I hope he doesn’t run into someone.

ACTION:
The man got some distance between him and Solus. His hood fell down as he was running so his face is visible. He is looking back to see if Solus is behind him.
Since he is looking behind, he doesn’t see the man in front of him and bumps into him.
As he falls down he notices Hon standing in front of him.

DIALOGUE:
Man (trying to catch a breath): M-m-master Hon! Sol… Solus… Solus is immortal!

ACTION:
Hon slowly draws out his sword and raises it up.
He cuts him down with a single downward slash.

DIALOGUE:
Hon (angry): I know.

I also did few changes to some previous chapters, but they don't impact the story.
It took me some time to write this because I couldn't decide on order of events in this and next chapter and never devoted my thoughts to it, which resulted in this long pause. Also I finally decided what to do with prologue, and that is to not even write it. Instead I will explain those few things through occasional flashbacks in story.

Expect to see more frequent updates now.

Here's chapter 11

Spoiler
SCENE:
Continuation from the previous chapter. Streets of Zehar during night. Solus is chasing after the man who stabbed him and found out that he is immortal.

ACTION:
As he is running, Solus notices Hon in the distance. The man is down on the ground covered in blood.
Seeing them, he stops and makes a panicked expression. He is far enough to not be noticed by Hon.

DIALOGUE:
Solus (thinking): What happened here? Why is that guy dead? Did he tell Hon about me?

ACTION:
Solus calms down a little.

DIALOGUE:
Solus (thinking): If Hon knows, then he is the one I have to kill.

FLASHBACK:
Solus remembers how Hon defeated Ilarion.
END OF FLASHBACK

ACTION:
He makes a panicked expression again.

DIALOGUE:
Solus (thinking): *censored*! There’s no way I can kill him. What should I do?

ACTION:
Solus takes another look at Hon

DIALOGUE:
Solus (surprised):  Is he angry? I’ve never seen him angry before.

ACTION:
Solus calms down and starts walking towards Hon.

DIALOGUE:
Solus (thinking): I should ask him about that first and then see what happens.

ACTION:
Solus walks up to Hon. Hon notices him approaching.

DIALOGUE:
Solus: What happened here? Why are you so angry?
Hon (angry): He was one of my disciples and just now I found out that he betrayed us.
Solus (thinking): Good! He’s not angry because of me. Maybe he didn’t find out about me.
Solus: So that’s why you killed him?
Hon: Yes.
Solus (thinking): I need to find out if he said anything about me.
Solus: Did he say anything before you killed him?

ACTION:
Hon changes his expression to a calmer one.

DIALOGUE:
Hon: You shouldn’t worry about that.

ACTION:
Hon starts walking away.

DIALOGUE:
Hon: Well, I’m going home for now.

ACTION:
Hon stops for a moment.
DIALOGUE:
Hon: Be careful on your way home. One of those traitors might attack you as well.

ACTION:
Solus turns around and starts walking.

DIALOGUE:
Solus (thinking): I better report this to Adal.

SCENE:
In Adal’s room. Adal is sitting by the desk. Solus is standing in front of him.

DIALOGUE:
Adal: Are you sure no one else saw you?
Solus: Yes.
Adal: Di Hon find out about it?
Solus: When I asked him if that guy said anything, he said that I shouldn’t worry about it.
Adal: There’s no way he didn’t say anything about it.
Solus: I know. I just didn’t want to become suspicious, so I decided not to ask anything else.
Adal: Good decision. I’ll invite him to lunch tomorrow and see what he knows.

SCENE:
In the main dining room in Adal’s mansion. It’s much more spacious compared to the one where Solus is usually eating and looks more luxurious. Adal, Solus and Hon are eating by the table. There is no one else in the room.

ACTION:
Adal finishes eating and wipes his mouth.
He walks to the doors and checks outside.

DIALOGUE:
Adal: Seems like everyone left like I wanted. Now we can discuss about important things.
Hon (smiles): And what do you want to discuss about?
Adal: You know exactly what I want to discuss about.
Hon: I do. You want to talk about what happened last night. Are you sure that no one is listening?
Adal: Yes.
Hon: Then we can talk about Solus as well, not just your soldiers dying.

ACTION:
Hearing Hon’s words Solus stands up abruptly.

DIALOGUE:
Solus: What!? Who died!?
Adal: It was Renos and few other guys. They were killed in the streets.
Solus: Was it by another traitor?
Hon: It was done by Avner. He is the guard for one of the nobles. He claims that they attacked his master and that he was just defending him.
Solus (angry): And what happened with him?
Hon: Nothing since his master vouched for him.
Solus (angry): That’s no reason to kill one of your own. He must be a traitor.
Adal: Unfortunately he most likely isn’t one.
Solus (angry): Then why did he kill them?
Adal: The reason is most likely the same as the reason why this war is happening.
Hon (interested): And why is that.
Adal: Both Mael and Avner were in the same unit as me. They were very promising soldiers, but they were overshadowed by me in last war.
Hon: So they are just jelaous?
Adal: Yes.

ACTION:
Solus slams his fist onto the table.

DIALOGUE:
Solus (angry): Jealous?! Are you saying that people are dying because they are jealous?
Adal: Unfortunately, yes.
Solus (angry): How can you let this continue?
Adal: Don’t worry. Everything will be solved when the time comes. Now please calm down and sit down.

ACTION:
Solus sits down but is still angry.

DIALOGUE:
Adal: Now, we should return to more important topic.
Hon (smiles): So you want to talk about Solus being immortal?
Adal: So he did tell you after all.
Hon: Yeah, although I knew before that he was immortal.

ACTION:
Adal gets shocked by what Hon said.

DIALOGUE:
Adal (shocked): What?! When did you find out? Does someone else know?
Hon (laughing): To think this would shock you so much.

ACTION:
Hon makes a bit more serious expression.

DIALOGUE:
Hon: Don’t worry. I doubt anyone else know about it.

ACTION:
Adal calms down.

DIALOGUE:
Adal: When did you find out?
Hon: I knew he was immortal the moment you walked in with him to the king 2 years ago.
Adal: How?
Hon: I recognized him.
Adal (confused): Recognized?
Hon: What’s so weird about recognizing him?
Adal: You could have only seen him before I bought him and he looked completely different than when you met him later. There’s no way you could have recognized him.
Hon: It’s true that he looked completely different, but his eyes were the same.
Adal: Most people forgot that he even existed, and you are telling me that you recognized him only by his eyes.

ACTION:
Adal pauses and makes a confused face again.

DIALOGUE:
Adal: Are you in love with him or something?

ACTION:
Hearing Adal say that, Solus jumps back and makes a scared face.

DIALOGUE:
Solus (stuttering): I-I-I have s-s-someone else, just so you know.

ACTION:
Hon starts laughing vigorously to his reaction.

DIALOGUE:
Hon: Don’t worry. I have no such feelings towards other people.

ACTION:
Solus sits down again.

DIALOGUE:
Adal: Then why did you remember his eyes?
Hon: It was 20 years ago during my training days.

FLASHBACK:
Hon talks about his training when he was younger. Even then he was very big. He is wearing normal shirt and pants. He is holding broadsword in his hand. All of the dialogue is Hon from the present explaining.

SCENE:
Hon is facing towards other trainees. They are all scared.

DIALOGUE:
Hon: Even back then I was very big and strong. Everyone was afraid to fight me.

SCENE:
Hon is sparring with a guy who is a bit smaller than him. That guy is lying on the floor. Hon is standing in front of him and looks bored.

DIALOGUE:
Hon: No one dared to fight back, so I was very bored.

SCENE:
Hon is standing on the training grounds. Opposing him is Solus, who is nothing but skin and bones and is very dirty. His expression is full of hate.

DIALOGUE:
Hon: All of that changed on the day when we were supposed to train on the immortal. He could barely stand with his weak legs but he still gazed at me full of hate.

SCENE:
Hon cuts up Solus in half.

DIALOGUE:
Hon: Even though he was so weak…

SCENE:
Solus continues to stand and looks at Hon hatefully.

DIALOGUE:
Hon: …he wanted to fight back. Unfortunately, he was too weak to do anything.
END OF FLASHBACK

DIALOGUE:
Hon: From that moment on, I remembered his eyes because he was the only one who showed me the look of the person that wants to fight back.

ACTION:
Hon clenches his fist.

DIALOGUE:
Hon: I just wished that a day would come when I could fight him when he is at hi full power. And now it seems like my wish could come true.
Adal: So you just want to fight him, that’s all?
Hon: Yeah. What’s wrong with that?

ACTION:
Adal starts laughing.

DIALOGUE:
Adal: You truly are a battle freak. To think that I was worried about you knowing his secret.
Solus: Yeah. I completely forgot about you, yet you remember me so clearly.
Hon: You can be sure that I will keep your secret until I fight him.
Adal: You will have to wait until this war ends for that.
Hon: If he doesn’t win this war for us, then he isn’t worth fighting yet.
Solus: Then I’ll get stronger to win it and then pay you back for what you did to me back then.

ACTION:
Hon drinks out of his cup.

DIALOGUE:
Hon: Now that we have that cleared out, I have a question for you Adal.
Adal: Ask whatever you want.
Hon: Why did you decide to use immortal in this war?
Adal: Do you remember why they are hated so much?
Hon: Yeah. It’s because of First immortal.
Solus: First immortal?

FLASHBACK:
A few scenes about what happened with First immortal. Hon is again talking about it from present.
SCENE:
First immortal is sitting on his throne. He is as big as Hon.

DIALOGUE:
Hon: He was the guy who thanks to his immortality raised to top. He created Bynor Empire thanks to that.

SCENE:
First immortal is standing on the mountain of corpses.

DIALOGUE:
Hon: Soon after he started to act like a tyrant and killed anyone who opposed him.

SCENE:
First immortal is fighting a big army.

DIALOGUE:
Hon: After some time, whole army was raised just to fight him. But, they couldn’t kill him no matter what.

SCENE:
First immortal is surrounded by soldiers. All of his limbs are chained.

DIALOGUE:
Hon: After a long fight they managed to tear off his limbs and seal his body parts.
END OF FLASHBACK

DIALOGUE:
Hon: Since people were afraid that another one like him would appear, they started to treat you like that.

ACTION:
Solus gets angry.

DIALOGUE:
Solus: So we were suffering just because of one guy?
Adal: Exactly. And I thought if one immortal was enough to make everyone hate them, then one immortal could also make everyone stop hating them.
Solus: Do you think that someone can change the situation we’re in?
Adal: Yes, and that’s why I decided to give you a chance to do so.
Hon (interested): So you have some big plans for this guy.

ACTION:
Hon walks up to Solus.

DIALOGUE:
Hon: If you manage to beat me, you will definitely have the strength to change something. What do you say?

ACTION:
Solus clenches his fist and makes a determined expression.

DIALOGUE:
Solus: I’m definitely getting stronger then. Just wait! I’m going to beat you soon.

Re: Immortal : chapter #12 is out
« Reply #36 on: March 27, 2015, 09:08:03 PM »
Here's chapter 12. Intro to another bigger battle.

Spoiler
SCENE:
In the barracks. Both slave and regular soldiers are gathering up. As Solus and Hon are walking to the front, Egill approaches them. He has a very serious expression instead of his usual relaxed one.

DIALOGUE:
Egill: Solus! Can I talk with you in private? It won’t take long.

ACTION:
Solus looks at Hon.

DIALOGUE:
Hon: I don’t mind.

ACTION:
Solus and Egill walk away from the rest.

DIALOGUE:
Solus: What’s bothering you?
Egill: It’s about Renos. Do you know anything about his death?
Solus: Yes. Lord Adal told me about it.
Egill: Then you must know who killed him. Please tell me who did it.
Solus: It was some guard called Avner. I don’t really know much about him. If you want to know more about him, you better talk to Lord Adal.
Egill: Thanks. I’ll talk to him then.

ACTION:
Egill walks back towards the rest.

DIALOGUE:
Solus: Egill!

ACTION:
Egill stops.

DIALOGUE:
Solus: Don’t do anything stupid.
Egill: I can’t promise you that.

ACTION:
Egill returns to his place among soldiers.
Solus comes up to Hon who is standing in front of everyone.

DIALOGUE:
Hon: Men! The end of this war is approaching.
Soldiers (yell enthusiastically): Yeah!!!
Hon: Kalligan lost a lot of their soldiers. In addition they lost their commander Ilarion. Because of that, Mael himself is bound to come to battlefield and by getting him, we can end this war.
Soldiers (yell enthusiastically): Yeah!!!
Hon: In the next fight, they will come with their full force. That includes both regular and slave soldiers. That’s why from now on we will also be fighting with our full force.
One of the regular soldiers: Will you be leading us master Hon?
Hon: Unfortunately, I am stuck with guarding the king.
One of the regular soldiers: Then who will?

ACTION:
Hon pushes Solus forward.

DIALOGUE:
Hon: Solus will.
Another one of the regular soldiers: Why him? He is one the slaves.
Hon: That’s exactly why. Since he is one of the slaves, all of the slave army trusts him. Besides, he’s been leading them until now.
Another one of the regular soldiers: Can he really lead us?
Hon: Yes! He was always fighting at the front and always took down most important figures in Kalligan’s army. He even stood his ground against Ilarion. I’m sure he can take down Mael as well.
Another one of the regular soldiers: Is that true?
Hon: Yes. You could have seen him fight in the last battle. He probably killed most enemies out there.

ACTION:
Soldiers start approving of Hon’s decision.

DIALOGUE:
Another one of the regular soldiers: That’s true. They were falling like flies in front of him.
Another one of the regular soldiers: Even master Hon had to stop him in the end.
Hon: Seems like you all agree on him leading you.
Soldiers (enthusiastically): Yeah!!!

ACTION:
Hon puts a hand on Solus shoulder.

DIALOGUE:
Hon: Seems like they all accept you, commander.
Solus: Commander?
Hon: Yeah. Now give them a word of your own.

ACTION:
Solus takes a step forward.

DIALOGUE:
Solus: Everyone! I don’t have much to say, so I’ll keep this short. Let’s all work together to end this war with as little casualties as possible so that everyone peace afterwards.
Soldiers (enthusiastically): Yeah!!!
Solus: That is all!

ACTION:
Hon laughs.

DIALOGUE:
Hon: Is that all you can think of?
Solus: I was never good with words anyway. Instead, I’ll talk with my sword in the battle.
Hon: Heh, well said.

SCENE:
In the dining room, in Adal’s mansion. Solus and Elle are eating by the table. Solus has a more cheerful expression than usual.

DIALOGUE:
Elle: You seem really happy. Did something good happen today?
Solus: I became the commander of the whole army.
Elle: Congratulations.
Solus: Thanks.
Elle: So I’m with the commander now, huh?

ACTION:
Solus makes a serious expression.

DIALOGUE:
Solus: About that.
Elle (worried): What is it?
Solus: I think it’s better we don’t continue this thing between us.
Elle: Why?
Solus: It’s because I’m a bit different from what you think I am.
Elle: So what if you are different? We can still be together.
Solus: That’s true. But still…
Elle: What?
Solus: Most likely I’ll be leaving after this war ends. My people need me.
Elle: Are you not from Zehar?
Solus: I can’t tell you that.

SCENE:
The day after. In Adal’s office. Adal is sitting by his table. Amana (his maid) came to report that he has a visitor.

DIALOGUE:
Amana: Lord Adal, one of the soldiers wants to speak with you.
Adal: Fine let him in.

ACTION:
Amana opens the door.

DIALOGUE:
Amana: You can come in.

ACTION:
Egil walks in.

DIALOGUE:
Egill: Thanks.
Adal: You can leave now, Amana.
Amana: Yes, my lord.

ACTION:
Amana leaves the room.
Adal points towards the chair.

DIALOGUE:
Adal: Please, take a seat.

ACTION:
Egill sits down.

DIALOGUE:
Adal: Egell, right?
Egill: It’s Egill.
Adal: Ah, yes. My bad.
Egill: Please don’t worry about it.
Adal: So what do you want to talk about?
Egill: I want to talk about the Renos’ death.
Adal: You two were close friend right? What do you want to know?
Egill: I want you to tell me about this Avner who killed him. Why did he do it?

ACTION:
Adal makes a serious expression.

DIALOGUE:
Adal: And what are you going to do with that information.
Egill: I’m going to avenge Renos.
Adal: I can tell you about him, but only if you promise that you will wait with your revenge until I give you permission to do so.
Egill: I promise. I just don’t want to let that bastard go unpunished.
Adal: Very well. Avner was one of the trainees who were in group with me during the war with Bynor Empire. He was a very promising soldier, but got overshadowed by my skill just like Mael.
Egill: So he killed Renos and others because he is jealous of you?
Adal: That’s right.
Egill: I’m definitely going to kill that bastard.
Adal: I don’t think you can kill him as you are now.

ACTION:
Egill stands up.

DIALOGUE:
Egill: Then please train me. Make me strong enough to beat him.
Adal: It’s not going to be easy.
Egill: I don’t care. I just want him to pay.
Adal: Very well.

SCENE:
Whole Zehar’s army is marching forward to battle. One of the soldiers bring a report to Solus.

DIALOGUE:
Soldier: Commander Solus, it seems that Mael came to fight as well. I believe he took his full army.
Solus: How many are there?
Soldier: About the same as we are.
Solus: Thank you for your report.

ACTION:
Solus turns towards the army.

DIALOGUE:
Solus: Men! We are given the chance to end this war. Mael himself came. I want you all to work together to end this war.
One of the soldiers: Are you going to fight Mael?
Solus: Yes! And I want you to support me. Help me get to him, and I’ll make sure he dies.

ACTION:
Solus yells.

DIALOGUE:
Solus: Are you ready!?
Soldiers: Yeah!!!

ACTION:
Solusfaces forward.

DIALOGUE:
Solus: Let’s end this war.

Re: Immortal : chapter #13 is out
« Reply #37 on: April 13, 2015, 07:32:42 AM »
Forgot to upload chapter 13, but here it is.

Spoiler
SCENE:
Zehar's army is located on the plain field. In front of the army are Solus and General Tiberius. Tiberius is quite tall. He looks like he is in mid-thirties and has short brown hair. He is covered in plate armor and is carrying great hammer. Solus no longer has his shield. One of the scouts is reporting to Solus.

DIALOGUE:
Scout: Commander Solus, we have spotted Mael within the enemy army.
Solus: Thank you.

ACTION:
Solus turns to Tiberius.

DIALOGUE:
Solus: It's just like Adal anticipated.
Tiberius: So we proceed as planned?
Solus: Yes.

ACTION:
Solus turns towards the army.

DIALOGUE:
Solus: Men!!! Our scouts just confirmed that Mael is here. We proceed with our original plan.
Tiberius: Our goal is to kill Mael and end this war. Me and Commander Solus will be fighting together to accomplish that task.
Solus: It's just like general Tiberus says. Two of us will attack Mael, while your duty is to support us.
Tiberius: Since we will be focusing on Mael, it's on you to make sure that no one attacks us. Are we clear?!
Soldiers: Yes!!!

ACTION:
Solus turns around and yells.

DIALOGUE:
Solus: Let's end this war!!!
Soldiers (yell): Yeah!!!

SCENE:
Both armies are colliding. There are casualties on both sides. After some time, Solus and Tiberius manage to break through and reach Mael.

DIALOGUE:
Solus: We got you now.
Tiberius: It's time for you to die.

ACTION:
Mael laughs at them.

DIALOGUE:
Mael: You think you can kill me just because there're two of you?

ACTION:
Solus immediately aims for his neck. Mael dodges it.

DIALOGUE:
Solus: You won't have the luxury to talk during a fight.
Mael: And you will?

ACTION:
Tiberius swings his great hammer sideways.

DIALOGUE:
Tiberius: It doesn’t matter who gets to talk as long as we take you down.

ACTION:
Mael jumps back to avoid the attack.

DIALOGUE:
Mael (grins): That won’t happen.

ACTION:
Solus circles around Mael and goes for his neck again.

DIALOGUE:
Solus (thinking): That’s right. I shouldn’t be talking during our fight. Instead I should fight aggressively just like how he…

FLASHBACK:
Few scenes are shown where Solus remembers how Ilarion was attacking him aggressively.
END OF FLASHBACK

DIALOGUE:
Solus (thinking): …how Ilarion fought me.

ACTION:
As Solus is closing in on Mael, Tiberus simultaneously attacks.
Mael jumps to side to dodge both the attacks.
Solus immediately follows him.

DIALOGUE:
Mael (angrily): You’re annoying!

ACTION:
Mael slashes downwards to stop Solus.
Solus parries the attack and goes for his neck once again.
Mael sways to the side and avoids the attack.
Tiberius closes in on two of them.

DIALOGUE:
Tiberius: You jumping around is much more annoying.

ACTION:
Tiberius attacks Mael from the side.
As Mael tries to dodge the attack, Solus attacks him from the opposite side.

DIALOGUE:
Mael (thinking): *censored*! I can’t dodge both of them.

ACTION:
Mael block Solus’ attack, but gets hit into ribs by Tiberius. His armor mitigates the damage but few cracks appear on it from the attack.

DIALOGUE:
Mael (thinking): I managed to avoid injury, but my armor won’t hold like this. I won’t be able to sustain another attack like that.

ACTION:
Without giving him much time to rest, both Tiberius and Solus attack him.
Mael moves to Solus’ side, so Tiberius can’t reach him.
Solus raises his sword.

DIALOGUE:
Solus (shouts): Don’t think you can block this!

ACTION:
As he shouts that, Solus jumps sideways making space for Tiberius to attack.
Tiberius immediately follows up with thrusting his hammer directly into Mael.
Mael blocks the attack, but his chest plate gets destroyed by the impact.

DIALOGUE:
Mael (angry): *censored*!

ACTION:
Solus immediately attacks Mael’s chest before he regains his balance.

DIALOGUE:
Solus: Got you now!

ACTION:
Suddenly, Ideon jumps in and blocks Solus’ attack.

DIALOGUE:
Ideon: Don’t think I’ll let you harm my king.
Tiberius: What are our guys doing? How did he come through?
Ideon: Don’t think those small fries can stop me! Only one who could have kept me busy is Renos and I haven’t seen him here.
Solus: It’s fine. You have already done what you needed to. Now it’s up to you to keep this guy busy and I’ll finish my job.
Tiberius: Understood.

ACTION:
Solus pushes Ideon away.
Tiberius swings sideways to hit Ideon, but he ducks to avoid being hit.
Solus again attacks Mael.
Mael blocks the attack.

DIALOGUE:
Mael: Don’t get cocky. Now that I’m fighting only you…
